We got our jellies earlier in the year and will not hesitate to buy some again when we are ready.
Rory was brilliant, has a wealth of knowledge and was super helpful when our first tank unfortunately was damaged by the delivery company! He took the time to answer all our questions (completely new to marine world) and provided guidance on what needed to get started.
The jellyfish come with a useful set of instructions and arrived as expected. They were pulsing a lot when we got them which was great to see also!

My Experiance with UK Jellyfish
My Experiance with UK Jellyfish on The Whole has been excellent, all my questions were answered promptly by Rory and although I have years of experiance in the Marine world I have none when it comes to Jellyfish keeping hence never be shy to ask, and the wealth of knowledge and experiance was very reassuring. My only disappointment was the lack of communication after placing my order, I did leave a message for the team at UK Jellyfish which was not addressed and I was a little surprised that the Jellyfish did not come double bagged for safety in transit. The Jellyfish are settling in nicely and seem healthy and content. I would recommend using this company and would use them again in the future. Alexandra and Ian

We're very happy to hear you were given good advise with regards to the jellyfish care.
I'd also like to apologise that we didn't message you with regards to your message left in your order comments for the jellyfish to arrive before 3PM. We ship our jellies with APC Overnight and they "guarantee" delivery before 12PM, however saying that we can never trust couriers!
I've taken note of your comment about double bagging the jellyfish. From now on you can expect every one of our jellyfish orders to be double bagged, thats what reviews are for and we hear you!
