Absolute joke…

Absolute joke…. Could have been a thriving business but never get back to you, don’t stick to there word and if something is out of stock (which seems to be all the time) then they do not inform you… emails get ignored and full of broken promises…. Not even worth the one star rating
I have been a full year trying to sort my issue out and still nothing, I have now given up and gone elsewhere and paid again

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I wanted to order a box welded liner and needed to ask a few questions before I ordered it. The response on email was very fast and helpful. Ordered my liner which was a brilliant price, had to wait a week or two as it was bespoke sizing but was very happy with it all. Would definitely use this company again.

After ordering lacto bacteria and filter kick-start, I was then sent a follow up email to leave a trust pilot review. I never usually leave reviews but I have to say since using lacto bacteria my koi have never looked better!

Placed an order that was cheaper than…

Placed an order that was cheaper than other suppliers, a touch sceptical due to the below reviews but the director assured me they have now claimed this profile, and will actively be pushing for reviews to showcase what they are about

Ordered on Monday, and delivered by tuesday at 11am! Will definitely recommend

I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy

I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy, ordered multiple koi of uk koi supplies/imports through the balding reefer and I am being ignored, i am at the stage where I have to out him in the community group chat on whatapp and I keep getting told by yvette that these will be shipped and still nothing. I have been ripped off for hundreds of pounds. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOCKING ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!

I’m really sorry you felt let down — and I completely understand your frustration at the time.

During the period you ordered, we were in the middle of moving premises, which did unfortunately cause disruption to both fulfilment and communication. You were also contacting us directly via mobile rather than through our official channels, which meant your messages weren’t picked up as quickly as they should’ve been.

That said, as soon as you requested a refund, it was issued in full on the same day — and we hope that at least gives you some peace of mind that we never had any intention of taking your money without delivering.

We’ve since put better systems in place for both order tracking and customer support, and we’re now actively managing our Trustpilot account to ensure no customer feels ignored.

If you ever feel comfortable giving us another chance, we’d welcome the opportunity to make it right.

If I could give negative stars, I would

If I could give a negative score, I would. Ordered several items, took my money and not supplied the goods. Turns out they run from a flat somewhere in Stoke on Trent and don't have a commercial premises. What a bunch of low life money grabbers. Don't know know they keep getting away with it. Also, seems like the guy running the show is also known as The Balding Reefer

Ended up cancelling an order after…

Ended up cancelling an order after nearly a month due to repeated delays none of which was communicated. Was being told it would be dispatched that day only to find out two days later that they were still waiting for stock to come in

Avoid at all cost

Wish I had seen reviews before purchasing. Very little to none existent communication rang for 3 days no answer has not shipped item despite putting up a fake tracking id refuses to answer any communication after 3 weeks of waiting, I’m still none the wiser

We did experience a major delay at the time due to a large shipment being held at customs, which unfortunately affected several customer orders — including yours. We did send an email update about this, but clearly that didn’t reach you or didn’t explain the situation well enough, and that’s on us. We’ll be reviewing how we communicate delays moving forward.

As for the tracking information, I can assure you it was never our intention to mislead — the tracking ID may have been generated before the goods cleared customs, which is something we’ve since fixed in our system to avoid confusion.

used them 3 times more fool me all three times they have taken my money when they dont have the stock waited nearly 3 weeks at one time for product they need to be clear about what they have and dont stock

Not recieved order after 2 months...

I placed an order back in November for a Koi sock and Net, I received the sock, but I am still waiting on the net after 2 months, i'm really disappointed, I emailed UKKoiSupplies at the end of December and they said they would check with their fulfillment team and get back to me, but still haven't heard anything.

I emailed them again in mid January to see what was going on and also messaged them via their live chat a few days later but haven't had a response.

I'm Feeling really let down, especially after seeing them put the item on sale a couple of times since I ordered it, so they must have had it in stock!

I just want my net!
