Great company even better after sales!
We ordered a light bulb from them a few months ago. Bulb I ordered was not available so they contacted me and offered to supply me a slightly different bulb. Delivered item quickly and was packaged well.
Couple of months went by and the bulb failed. Contacted the supplier who was extremely helpful and suggested it may be the light fixing at fault. But sent a new bulb at their cost as a kind gesture! Bulb arrived well boxed up, sadly some how in delivery the bulb got damaged. I contacted supplier and another bulb was at the door the next day! All fixed and working beautifully!
They really went above and beyond to help me out! Would I use them again…. In a heart beat!

What a pleasant shopping experience!
I ordered light bulbs for a very old Christmas light set impossible to get anywhere, but after several informative, friendly emails Alex reckoned he had one would do the job.
The ones I received matched my criteria in every way EXCEPT the glass base of the bulb was to fat to allow it properly screw in.
Alex said to return the bulbs and he would refund the order which he did most promptly!
A pleasure to deal with and I would HIGHLY recommend his business and knowledge.
Very many thanks for all your help Alex.
As an add on, when putting my decorations back into the loft I came across a box with 10 spare bulbs that fit my set so I am ready for next Christmas!
