Late delivery, rubbish excuse and days to reply
Ordered on a Thursday and stated that it would be delivered by the Monday. Proof WhatsApp sent Thursday that stated they were being printed. These were for an event on the Tuesday.
No one replied until the Wednesday when I requested a refund. They said no as all items are custom made (completely understand as I print custom clothes) but they also stated they were shut on a Friday and Saturday therefor weren’t posted until the Monday. No where on the order forms did it state they were shut on a Friday (which for most people IS a working day) so they use false advertising and cannot deliver when they state whilst ordering

Sorry about that, The order and photo was confirmed Friday saying "photo good to use, the order would be processed and dispatched ASAP. We do states on the website we don't dispatch Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The order was processed and posted Monday by Tracked 24 but unfortunately didn't arrive until Wednesday. We don't like 1 star reviews and we do our very best to get orders done and delivered on time but on some occasions this kind of thing happens, we do apologise and please accept a credit note for the full amount paid if you every wish to try us again. Have a good day.
