I think this is a scam

I think this is a scam. The more I read about it and having spoken to our vet, it’s highly likely there there is no science behind this. I doubt if there is any testing done, it wouldn’t be difficult to get AI to produce a report. The address is a PO Box, which makes me suspicious. Our vet has said that hair samples are not something which would produce results.

Good Allergy report received

We had used this company before with our last dog and decided to try it again for our current dog.
I was surprised they didn't send a kit as this was the impression the website gave but they said just to send dogs hair in a sealed bag with ref number they sent which I did. I posted it 2nd class post. It did take 6 days for them to receive it and a further 4 days for the report.
I've found the company very helpful always replying to my emails. I was suspicious after reading reviews and did think I might have been scammed especially as it is a PO address for the sample and the website looked a bit like AI with the pictures and names of people who work there as they all looking the same with different coloured hair, however I asked the company for their registration number and checked them out on companies house and they are registered. For the cost we now have a report of all the things to eliminate and avoid for our dog and feel hopeful that this will now help us to help her to hopefully become itch free. I did check the report we had for our previous dog and compared it to the new report and they are different so I do feel it's genuine.

We decided to give this a try...

We decided to give this a try as we were interested in what foods could be affecting our dog.
The process was pretty easy to be fair, There was no kit sent out which from what I gather is different to how it used to be, but wasn't really an issue and speeded up the process.
We received our instructions and codes and registered in their portal. Sent off the sample and received notifications when it arrived an the results were uploaded soon after.

The test was informative and gave us an insight to what his going on. We've changed up the diet nd it seems to have had a positive affect on her.

Don't waste your money

My cat has been Scratching himself and I had a suspicion that he was intolerant to chicken and possibly tuna but I was not 100% sure. I have decided to try this test and I found this absolutely rubbish. We have already switched to the beef and pork with him and he stopped Scratching. I am 100% sure that those foods he is fine with however the test identified that he was intolerant to beef, pork, wood pellets, parmesan... honestly what a disappointment. I am sure people who are raving about how good this test is just have not made an effort to eliminate the foods and try those proteins one by one. this is why they feel that the test helped them. The test really only shows what has been found on the fur of the animal rather than identifying what he is intolerant to.
My cat is absolutely fine with wood pellets, and I added parmesan to his food sometimes as a tiny sprinkle if he was not eating beef. It has taken him a little bit longer to stop chicken and start liking beef. The only intolerance this test showed was to the products that he was fine with. What a waste of money, and the company tried arguing with me when I complained. Don't waste your money, they don't know what they are doing. They cannot identify anything apart from the traces of items flund on the fur. Just try eliminating the foods foe a month and slowly introducing back and if the symptoms come back you will know what the issue is.

Test results

Great informative results that have helped my dogs skin problem stop completely. A simple test with a quick turnaround and a really helpful customer service. I had to ring up as I had put the wrong email address on my order. Becky was so helpful and sorted this with no problem along with helping me with a few other issues I had whilst ordering. Thank you! A great service at at affordable price.

Complete rubbish.. look at the ingredients they are testing and you should never be giving your dog some of these food's anyway!

What a load of rubbish - For anyone that is impressed by the results I would really question what you are feeding your dog in the first place.
Dog's should not be eating (*to name a few)... Brie, Blue Cheese, Beer or stout! WHY!?

Their professionals are not specialised nutritionists and it gives the indication that the list of ingredients being tested are suitable ingredients for your dog to eat.

No trust - a company taking advantage of pet parents who are looking for answers. Save your money.
