I was hesitant booking a power flush as I thought it was not the solution to the problem I was experiencing with two radiators failing to heat - but UK Power Flush proved me wrong - my central heating with all radiators working is now amazing ready for whatever winter gives me. Thank you Derek.

Excellent, I would definitely recommend.

I was worried that the heating system we have was totally blocked with sludge that had built up since installation when the house was built some 40 years ago as 6 out 8 radiators never got warm at all. So I contacted UK Powerflush for a quote and arranged a date for work to commence.
Adam turned up and quickly got to work, a very experienced man and his attention to detail and work ethos is second to none. He explained everything that he would be doing and every step of the way showed me TIC (thermal imaging camera) of how the Powerflush was going.
Needless to say he proved that my heating system was good an I had heat to all of my radiators which was a relief for me. He advised me that the pump on my 16 year old combi was well underperforming which isn't a problem as I am looking to replace it and all radiators in the next month or so... I was shocked at the amount of black sludge and water he got out of the system.
I cannot recommend UK Powerflush enough. Adam is a credit to the company and I would appreciate it if you can pass on my thanks for completing the job and for dealing with my over excited Olde English Bulldog.

System all clean, Tom was very friendly and punctual

Really happy with the work carried out by Tom who was helpful, polite and efficient. Also very knowledgeable. So big thanks as he came along way to do the job. Big thanks also to Derek for his support in setting up and advising on the work. Couldn’t be more satisfied and no hesitation in recommending this team.

My heating system would not work. A plumber said was blocked and it required a full re-pipe and the cost would be approx £7000. the pump and control valves were replaced at a cost of £400.
I contacted Powerflush who responded very quickly, and their engineer arrived on time and proceeded to carry out the work to flush out the system. 4 hours later the whole system was clean and the heating was working! The advice I received was very useful indeed, and I was amazed (shocked) to see the amount of sludge that came out of the pipes and radiators. At no time was I concerned about the work being carried out professionally, and Mark was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. It was money well spent. Having worked as a Mechanical Engineer (H&V) for many years, I was impressed with the way the job was carried out.

Adam did a great job this morning - I was very impressed. Shame I can only give him and the company 5 stars.

We bought the property 25 years ago and inherited the radiators from the previous owners, so I can't say for certain when the system was last cleaned.

Adam arrived early after a 2 hour drive from Manchester and got to work straight away.

He explained everything in detail and looked at all the radiators with an IR camera, which showed where the sludge had built up.

After he'd finished the cleaning and flushing he checked everything was OK before he left.

Highly recommended, great job, left the place clean and tidy, no mess.

Excellent service, the guy who came round Paul was totally professional and knew his stuff, my boiler was playing up too, the power flush took longer than I expected 7-8 hours the sludge that was extracted was unbelievable, anyway after a lengthy day everything worked fine radiators have never been so hot, Paul insured the place was left clean and tidy, would definitely recommend

Prompt appointment and really good explanation of process throughout the day. Even took time to replace some valves during the work. Good aftercare checking in to make sure all ok as well. Will definitely use again.

Job done without any hassle Tom showed me the heat camera and the areas not functioning before the clean.

Highly recommended. The engineer persevered with what turned out to be a very dirty system that took the whole day to clean. Pump and a valve needed replacing so cost a bit extra but not unreasonable. Very happy with the result.

I don’t know how you are with your home maintenance struggles, but my burden in part arises from the multitude of tasks that from a poor build quality, and in part due to the inconsistent quality of professional I employ to help solve the damn problems. My heating system has been a case in point. Multiple service guys haven’t helped much. Of late, I ended up in a potentially poor situation because of bad advice from a so-called gas engineer, but not only were UKPowerflush quick to have the right conversation about that, their willingness to go that extra mile, and the quality of the work (from Mark) and communication, marked them out as a major exception. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Top notch.

I made contact with UK Power flush to discuss my issues with a particular radiator within my home not working at all. They listened to all my concerns and advised what they could do to help. They attended the following week at a time convenient for us and arrived on time. The power flush went great and the engineer Adam was extremely conscientious and thorough throughout. He was a lovely guy who clearly cares about what he does. The flush was successful and we now have a full heating system back up and running. No more cold winters! So glad we finally made the decision to have It done. As our system is plastic mircobore other companies wouldn't touch it, whereas Power Flush UK reassured me this is something they do every day of the week and it truly shows. Thanks for the great communication Derek and thanks again to Adam and your hard work. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering using this company!

I contacted these guys as my service company and other plumbers would not deal with the black sludge that had blocked my boiler and pipes and was giving out an F20 error.
Derek managed to get someone out early the next day and they worked for 6 hours to clear the sludge. They sent me images and photos of the sludge. Highly recommend and wish them all the success to expand further.
