First class service from a small but very knowledgeable team. Rapid results, friendly communications, and they're happy to talk to clients on the phone anytime. I was really impressed with their speed and attention to detail. And their price is extremely reasonable, and fixed. Very impressed.

I was totally clueless about how to go about getting probate so searched online and came across ukprobate.org and completed their get in touch form. Their response time was excellent, as it was throughout the service. I discovered that probate application is an arduous task but Sue Alexander was very efficient in guiding and advising me on how to complete the paperwork, etc. The fixed fee gave peace of mind. I would highly recommend their service.

I thought I may try to do this myself , but on second thoughts i thought I would see if it could be done for a fixed price . There were many to choose from , I guess I liked their website better and the price was very reasonable . So I went forward with Uk Probate ! What a great result for me . Don’t even think about doing it yourself or worse pay a fortune to a lawyer ! They were fast at everything . And best of of all no stress at all . I couldn’t give more stars but I would if I could , the whole team are great .

I decided to use a fixed-fee Probate company when I acted as executor for a deceased relative. Local solicitors charge up to £275 per hour, and were reluctant to give an estimate for the cost of the work. I searched around and chose UK Probate Ltd because they have good reviews, good pricing, and their website is comprehensive and easy to understand. Everything "worked as it should" and after following their instructions Probate was granted much more quickly than expected. Essentially you have to fill in a plain language questionnaire about the estate, and the staff there translate that into "Probate language'. They offer help with the details, and when everyone is happy they submit the relevant documents. My thanks go to Nicola and Tara and all the team for their help. I would definitely use UK Probate Ltd again.

From start to finish was only a few weeks.
We were expecting a long winded stressful time but literally a few weeks from sending the requested info to Tara to receiving the Probate forms in the post.

Very simple and straightforward process to submit and obtain grant of probate. Quite a lot to fill in on the questionnaire, but much easier than using the government forms direct. Then it's up to UK probate to submit and progress through the court. This took 6 weeks from submittal.

UK Probate assisted me in very quick time, with Letters of Administration for a Thai widow based in Thailand. Excellent helpful service. Highly recommended

After losing my Grandad february 2021, i was asigned the task of obtaining probate which i didnt have a clue about. I found UK probate. org on-line and although nervous of using a company that i had found by google search i didnt need to worry, From my initial email until completion, Sue handled everything. The complete time frame from U K Probate submitting the completed documents to having the Probate Document granted was 14 days . Brilliant service all the way through what was a very emotional time for me. Tara was sympathetic, knowledgeable and helpful and always replied to my queries within 48 hours (often less). There was a small blip which was entirely MY fault but the whole procedure was completed in under 12 weeks. Interestingly a friend of mine has just gone through this with a firm of solicitors. Her`s is still not completed some 5 months on and the bill is £2,000 and rising. UKP was £500 ! Wouldn`t hesitate to recommend this company.

Dubious about choosing online service but having read other reviews I decided to use UK PROBATE.
Tara was really quick and efficient.
