this was a simple, fast and cheap service for ID verification. .. to be honest i was worried about giving over my data to a company i have never heard of and had little to no guidance from companies house to know if they were legit.

I used UK Property Accountants to verify my identity in accordance with the new requirements by Companies House, under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act.
Uploading the required documents on their website was straightforward. As was the process of checking and e-signing the letter of engagement on their website. Replies to emails prompt.
A total cost of £48.00 put to flight other firms demanding ridiculous £500+ figures for the same service.

I had a terrible experience with this company. We had a great discussion, and they sent over a detailed proposal with a confirmed fee for the scope of work. Just two days later, they completely backtracked, stating that they couldn't do the work for the price they had already quoted and suggested I find another provider. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a shocking lack of respect for a client's time. They should have done their "careful review" before sending a formal proposal. This company is unreliable, and I would not recommend them to anyone. Be very careful if you receive a quote from them—it means nothing.

We also made considerable efforts to adjust our approach and pricing to accommodate your evolving requirements. As our pricing is based on the agreed scope of services, changes in scope naturally result in corresponding adjustments.
It is, therefore, disappointing to read your characterisation of our firm as unprofessional and disrespectful, as we take pride in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and respect for all our clients.
Importantly, no formal engagement had been entered into, and no fees were charged. Given the continued changes in scope and absence of a signed agreement, we ultimately concluded it was in everyone’s best interests not to proceed further, in order to ensure clear expectations and a positive experience for all parties.
Regarding your most recent email, which we received on a Friday, we were in the process of preparing a detailed response when your review was posted — before we had an opportunity to address your concerns directly. We would have welcomed the chance to clarify and resolve matters through open dialogue.
