AVOID AT all costs
AVOID AT all costs, absolute disaster, an absolute comedy show of a firm, all outsourced to unqualified individuals who have zero working knowledge of UK tax and property law. Even a basic cursory glance shows woefully qualified individuals trying to masquerade as a UK qualified/expert property accountants. Zero capability and takes months to produce routine accounts that lack any tax advice as the individuals producing them have not received the basic training to do so. Avoid at all costs.

Patient and Efficient Service
I was really annoyed at having to use a paid service simply to establish that I am who i say i am. But that's Company House's fault, not UKPA's; they made it as smooth and painless as possible. Susmita was very patient and she kindly changed their normal procedure from Teams to Zoom to accommodate the set-upon my laptop. £40 + VAT seemed very reasonable for the effort they put in on my behalf.
