Alpha - Anthracite Column Radiator H600mm x W1164mm 4 Column Reviews

Classic column design made for comfortable everyday heating This Alpha Anthracite horizontal column radiator combines traditional 4-column styling with proportions chosen to make the radiator part of both the heating plan and the room design. Measuring 600mm high x 1164mm wide, it delivers the familiar character of a steel column radiator in a matt finish, giving you practical central-heating warmth without treating appearance as an afterthought. Why choose this radiator? Bring practical warmth into the room: its central-heating design supports energy-efficient room heating as part of a correctly set up hot-water system, helping create a comfortable space through colder weather. Create a strong horizontal feature: the wider proportions let the traditional column pattern become part of the room’s character rather than simply a background heating appliance. Add depth without going fully black: the anthracite finish gives the traditional column form a darker, modern look that works well when you want subtle contrast. Reduce the risk of defects reaching your home: The 9-step quality assessment process checks the product through a structured series of quality controls before it is dispatched, giving added reassurance around consistent quality and durability. Choose a finish tested for long-term durability: 200 hours of salt spray testing assesses resistance to corrosion and rust, helping provide reassurance against flaking, peeling and deterioration of the finish over time. Finish the installation around your pipework: radiator valves are not included and are available separately from UK Radiators. Angled valves suit pipes coming up from the floor to the radiator side, while straight valves suit pipework running along the wall to meet the side. Choose fixing support that suits the wall and radiator weight: plasterboard or cavity walls can be suitable for some smaller column radiators with appropriate fixings, while heavier models will normally need solid masonry or floor-mounted support. Feel more confident in a long-term purchase: the 20 years guarantee provides added reassurance for a product designed to stay in your heating system for years to come. Make more of the available wall width: A 4-column radiator places four rows of columns front-to-back, creating a deeper, fuller traditional profile and more heated surface within the radiator’s width than fewer-column designs of a similar size. Spend less time sourcing mounting parts: Wall brackets and masonry fixings are included with this radiator, so you do not need to source those standard supplied parts separately. Keep the installation simple without feet: Radiator feet are not included with this version and are not necessary for the radiator to work.
