From the initial phone call to enquire, followed by a few calls thereafter to confirm me using them & their packing service, right up to the final saying good bye to the boys. UK Rapid Removals are second to none, Daisy was the reason why I decided to use the company out of 2 other removal Co’s.
She was attentive when taking my information & requirements, reconfirming back to me with additional questions from her side to ensure that all details taken were accurate. Leading up to the move, on the day & post move they were consistent with their care to the job in hand. I cannot recommend them
more. Seamless, professional, a company that cares with competitive prices.

Moving home is a stressful process, but right from the start this company put me at ease. It was a last minute booking, but Daisy and Jodie made the process easy. On the day Daniel, Josh and Shannon were amazing, not once grumbling or complaining about any items (even some of the awkward plant pots we were taking!) and ensured the items were loaded in such a way to minimise any damage. They were also respectful of the new property, either laying sheets down to walk on or taking their shoes off at the door. Not that I'm planning to move for a very long time now, but would definitely use this company again and would recommend to anyone looking for a removal firm.

Great service. From my initial dealings with Jodie in the office to moving day itself. The UK Rapid Removal team took the stress out of moving. I was able to book at relatively short notice and liaised with Jodie via whatsapp and email. So easy. The moving lads were friendly, professional and worked really hard taking care with every box, every item. I would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.

Dan and the guys were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble, they were careful, considerate, and made the move a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. The price was reasonable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

After having solicited multiple removal companies and gaining quotes after they conducted survey of our property and belongings, we decided to trust the move in the hands of Rapid Removals. It is never easy moving house, we have moved homes three times in the last years and have seen ‘the bad and the ugly’ of the moving industry, so it was fantastic to now also see ‘the good’. Josh, Jodie and their team were fantastic form the outset till the end of the move. They did a survey of the home and were on point in the estimate of how many boxes we would need. At first we were hesitating whether to do the packing of the boxes ourselves or have the moving company do it. We are very glad we decided to trust that job to Rapid Removals. Rapid Removals staff are in-house and they know and have worked with each other on other jobs, allowing for an efficient move. They came the day before and did the packing. All fragile items were packed in protective material and each box was clearly marked with the contents and the room it came from. A job more than twice as good as we would have done it ourselves and that in half the time. The next day was moving day, Rapid Removals came and packed everything up effectively and diligently and then it was driving time. Once at destination the movers had a short lunch break and they then went straight to unloading. Due to the clear marking of every box during the packing phase the team could efficiently put each box in the right place. Not a single item was broken, and we had quite a bit of glass and chinaware. We also decided to take the service option of having them dismantle and reassemble our bed, which is not too complex to do (Ikea bed) yet was very happy to have the movers reassemble it so that after a long day we were able to fall straight into bed. At first we were a bit hesitant to use Rapid as they had limited number of reviews online and are fairly new as a company. However, after speaking with Josh & Jodie it is clear that they know what they are doing and are able to deliver as expected, not an easy task, seeing how often one feels short-changed by people in the moving industry.

Brilliant service. Such nice and friendly people. Same day service where they packed all our belongings and dismantled furniture and re-assembled on the other side and they treated everything with great care. Everything was handled perfectly. Was daunting and they made us feel at ease the whole time. Would 100% recommend to anyone moving, excellent!

THE BEST SERVICE I COULD HAVE HOPED FOR!

I honestly cannot rate Jodie and Josh, Jay and the rest of the team high enough!!! They were so hard working, lovely and accommodating - even when our move was delayed by an entire day (due to a delay in our chain).

I feel so lucky that we found them for our move as they made what could have been a stressful situation, so calming as they were always reassuring and caring and worked non stop til the job was complete!

I am extremely happy with the service provided by UK Rapid Removals! We moved 2 days before Christmas which I was anxious about however everything went so smoothly.

They had excellent customer service and were friendly. From helping me pack my last boxes, to dismantling and setting furniture back up! I didn't actually expect so much help but I am so grateful and couldn't recommend them enough. They made my move just before Christmas stress-free. Thank you!!

We used UK Rapid Removals in Dec 2021. Jodie, Josh and the team were great! They were excellent and helpful with packing, careful with our stuff, respectful of Covid protocols, on time throughout and efficient unloading at our new place. I would use them again. Highly recommend!

I was so impressed with Josh and the team for my house removal. They went above and beyond for me and my family. What usually is a very stressful day actually became a dare I say it enjoyable one. Can’t thank you enough and will recommend highly.
