This site PRETENDS to look like an official UK government web site. Just to check I phoned them on their number (0121 247 4304) and was very surprised when the phone was answered immediately by a person rather than the usual recorded message about data privacy followed by a menu of options and finally a queue. First RED FLAG.

They might be good, but they do not make it clear that they are not an official government organisation. Second RED FLAG.

The UK government's web site advises that, I quote: "Official UK government websites always have ‘.gov.uk’ at the end of their website address."

Stay away from these people.

presents itself as though it is an official body, it is not. They simply take the information - that you could just as easily put into the gov dot uk site yourself - then they copy it over to the gov dot uk site and order the certificate - at twice the price and taking twice as long.
I realised my stupidity in using them 20 minutes after ordering and emailed them, this was on a Saturday when they were not at work, so my email would have got to them at the same time as the original order. However they then claim an exemption under the distance selling rules (which would require them to refund) - they did not understand my point that just because they say they have an exemption does not mean that they actually DO have an exemption, a certificate like this is not personalised because it already exists - they do not produce anything, they just order it from the gov.uk site.
