Music played with offensive lyrics during journey …

My husband and I recently used a Myride taxi from Milnsbridge in Huddersfield. The duration of the journey was around 25 minutes. The driver played music on his Spotify with the most offensive language including the words “ F…k up your ‘ female dogs ‘ “the foul language throughout the song was relentless . Please make drivers aware that they should not be playing music with offensive content when passengers are in their vehicles .

Horrible experience

I specified on the booking we had 10 luggages and 5 hand luggages. Their representative requested a photo of the luggages the day before via WhatsApp which I rightfully sent. On the day of travel we were sent a vehicle which couldn't even take all luggages alone. We had to hire an uber gor extra £120 to take rest of luggages including rest of my family. I have cancelled the remaining booking and hired a people's carrier from enterprise and will drive myself upon return. This was an absolute nightmare booking and I wont advice anyone to do the same mistake. Their customer service is absolutely useless. Avoid them as much as possible. I wish I can givea negative rating because they didn't even deserve a zero.

Unreliable taxi company that lies to you!

Booked over 2 weeks before our scheduled flight from Heathrow. On the morning that taxi was supposed to arrive I got a call saying due to "unforeseen circumstances" with traffic, the driver will be 10 minutes late.

He eventually turned up over 25 minutes late. Then the real story came out. The taxi driver told us he was in our area waiting for our job, but was sent to another job which meant he would be late back to us. He even told the operator that going to this other job would make him late for us. The operator told him to do it anyway. And then obviously lied to me about the reason he was late.

When you have a flight scheduled, to turn up over 25 minutes late is unacceptable. And to be lied to about the reasoning is even worse. Avoid this company unless you don't care when the taxi turns up!

Avoid Do Not Use

Avoid. Don't used the..

What a nightmare. I booked a big car for 3 people. 3 large suitcases and 3 small. They send me a small car. We end up carrying luggage on our legs. We had to used the front seat to place one. The driver Carlos was lovely. I dont know how but we made it to the airport. Very uncomfortable... I called them and all they said tell the driver to fit it all and sorry we couldn't send the car you booked as we are having technical issues.

We booked an executive car online with…

We booked an executive car online with the correct baggage declaration. When the car came it was a small Kia and the driver informed us that he is a comfort car. We complaint immediately using the drivers phone. They claimed that they did not have any E class or 5 series. The image on the website is a Mercedes S class. They wanted to offer partial refund which we refused. We told them that we were going to miss our flight. They had finally agreed to a full refund which we have yet to receive. The comfort driver was only notified last minute. Very rude customer service
