I had an amazing experience at uk smiles. I’m so happy with the way my teeth have turned out. The dentist and dental nurses are so professional. Cem and billy the reps are at hand for anything you need. Would 100% recommend

Very professional and very friendly. Always kept me upto date with information and appointments, i class billy a friend for life, such a nice guy. Uksmiles as a whole was brilliant, i will recommend it to everybody with terrible teeth like i had haha.

From start to finish the service was outstanding! Jim and Billy ensured that I was collected each day for my appointments and dropped off at the hotel. All was explained extremely clearly by all the staff in the dental centre , providing me with options and 1st class advice. I highly recommend using UK Smiles to all.

I had the worst experience ever that changed my life. A dental professional from this clinic adviced me to put two bridges on top of my front 6 teeth.

So she trimmed my existing ones and put very ugly and uncomfortable bridges that I have until today.

I've been asking her several times whether braces are better solution but she pointed the bridges as the best way. This literally changed my life. I can't even bite food anymore. My bite doesn't fit and also now the teeth underneath start hurting me when try to bite something.

I asked for refund so I could go to a normal clinic, not this fast money making store. They said if I give them the bridges back they will give me my money... Because they know that for me to fix what they destroy now gonna cost me much more money and time.

Everything changed since then. My life, my avarage mood, the way I eat, the way I live...

DON'T GO THERE FOR ANYTHING MORE THAN A CAVITY OR SOMETHING SMALL!
THEY DON'T CARE, THEY WILL ONLY RECOMMEND YOU WHATEVER WILL BRING THEM QUICK MONEY!

What an amazing experience i have had with UK smiles!

I was looking into a lot of companies in turkey to see which one will give me the best results and give me the smile i always wanted. After doing a lot of research on the company i decided to go with UK smiles and thats the best decision i have ever done in my life.

From start to finish i felt welcomed and i was told a lot of information so i knew what was going on through-out my week stay there.

Cem and billy were the reps and they were absolutely amazing! From the moment we got there they greeted us with a friendly feeling and could not thank them enough with everything they have done for me.

The dentist in the clinic were absolutely amazing every single one of them greeted you with a smile and asked if you was okay! There are some dentist in there that do have a language barrier but there was always someone there who did speak english and could either understand what i was asking/saying or could relate back to me what the other person was saying to me.

Thank you to all the staff and the reps at UK smile for not only making me feel comfortable but also giving me a perfect smile.

UK smiles is the best there is around and if you want that perfect smile and not have no worries id 100% recommend them!

I felt discriminated against the moment I walked into the assessment room, where several people who didn’t greet me were all just staring at me. I was instructed to lay on the chair and they shun bright lights into my face and within 5 seconds of me opening my mouth they told me that I needed more work than (3 times) confirmed before I got there. When I was upset about this I was met with a really aggressive attitude by the main female orthodontist and other unidentifiable people. They said if I didn’t go ahead I would still be charged and that it was still cheaper than the UK (?!)
I felt so pressured and like I could cry as I was alone so I agreed.

My main orthodontist didn’t speak a word of English, and was very rough. He also had a very cold attitude. He didn’t bother to tell me when he would be injecting into my gums.
I was also charged extra for procedures they apparently said I needed.

I remember receiving exactly 2 smiles from those working within the clinic on two separate occasions.

The hotel room was freezing and like something out of the 70s.

Everything was rushed, not communicated properly and FORCED. I was also lied to for all the months leading up to my arrival by those I corresponded with. There were so many hidden costs.

This being the 2nd terrible experience that has left me with trauma, I won’t return to Turkey.

On top of that, I have extreme sensitivity in places. There was a gap left between the veneers and my natural teeth to the point I needed a filling. A year later pressure is different throughout my mouth. And ofcourse, my teeth are no more so I have to just live with all of this.

Please don’t be fooled by reviews. Minutes after they were done with me, whilst I was still in pain- I was pressured to smile for a photo! These companies create an illusion that sucks you in, don’t buy it. Avoid this company.

Oh and before UK SMILES tries to say they ‘searched and can’t find my name, this review is for the wrong company’. Save it! My host was Bülent Bülbül.

This is the best money I have spent, I looked into this for years, looked at every company possible, had all the concerns everyone else would have and decided to choose UK smiles.

The whole service was amazing and the result I got was exactly what I hoped for. As someone who I really picky on how my teeth would look in terms of the shape, size etc I genuinely got exactly what I wanted.

For someone considering this and reading this now honestly do it, I had all the same concerns and worries, it’s now the best thing I have done. I went years without going to the dentist and years without being confident with my smile.

Billy and Gem were brilliant and my dentist Ceren I genuinely can’t thank you enough for everything you have done, you are a credit to your industry.

Great experience from start to finish... don't let the price of this treatment in Turkey fool you, the dentist was a top facility, with a very proffesional team years ahead of uk dentists. In my final checkup, they did not let me leave until my bite was perfect and I was 100% happy. Both Billy and Cem could not have been more helpful, and made me smile and laugh through out the experience. Hotel also very good, with friendly staff who were mindful of me being on soft food and made the effort to get to know me. Although I went in late November, it was still hot enough to sunbath between appointments. All in all a great experience, which I have already recommended to lots of friends and family. Thank you.😁

My treatment wasn't as bad as was expecting. The dental staff were pleasant, language was a bit of a barrier but they made the effort for me to understand my procedures. More than happy with teeth. Billy and Cem were friendly and helpful at anytime of the day above and beyond. Definitely would recommend from my experience.

Would 100% recommend from start to finish. The reps Billy and Jim are great and make you feel so comfortable and will be there for all your needs. Staff at the clinic are absolutely amazing and do not let you leave until your 100 happy with your teeth, a painful experience but all worth it in the end 🦷

Having had major issues with my teeth for many years, dealing with UK dentists overpaying making more of a mess. I started looking for dentists In Turkey. At first was so overwhelmed with how many choices they were but I came across UK SMILES on instagram and my heart was set. After much research, reading hundreds of great reviews I decided to make the final step and book. Still worried and sceptical because of the stories you hear and what the UK dentists say. But unnecessary as was given more than enough reassurance by the Rep on Whatapp and the phone call with the UK representative of the clinic he was on point after a million questions and scenarios. On the 9th of October I set off and to say the absolute least was petrified and anxious. That feel did not last for long upon arrival at the airport in Turkey I was collected in a VIP minibus very clean! Driver knew exactly where I needed to go he put my bags in the boot and took me straight to my hotel. The hotel was called BEETLE HOTEL this was the first option available within my package, I was not going on holiday so I decided that this would be more than suitable. (UPGRADES WERE AVAILABLE) hotel checked me in straight away and gave me my room. Was clean and sufficient and had everything you could need. That night I got a message from Billy my rep introducing himself and confirming my appointment for the following day. Again mind was put at ease as I knew straight away what the plan was. The following morning breakfast was ready and not long after the exact time Cem billys cousin who is a rep for the clinic was there to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic minutes up the road from my hotel to have my first consultation.

Upon arriving at the clinic I was greeted with kindness and smiles!! Within 5 minutes I was having my before pics and a 5 minutes after my full X-RAYS done. After this I was called to see the head dentist. She was very serious and made me quite intimidated but after all this is a serious procedure! She explained that I had a large infection in my tooth and as a result could not be fixed only to be removed and implants put in, explaining if I chose to fix the tooth I would have long term issues, gutted at first as I thought would be having a full 27 crowns in one go but oncevexplained I understood that she was making sure the dental work would be long term, and done professionally. The decision was all my choice. I also chose the colour I wanted and she also helped me decide what style to go for guideing me with what she thought would suit my mouth. After 20 minutes I was then ready to agree and pay for my dental plan. I sat down with the UK SMILES owner Kerem who went through finances making sure I fully understood everything. I think he had enough by the end as I asked many questions to which he answered them all and with full confidence. Fully agreeing I went to pay for my treatment. This then became a huge issue in Turkey some cards do not work. And my bank card was one, even after numerous attempts it would not work. 3000 miles away from home and could not proceed. Kerem delt with everything effectively and kindly he got straight on the phone to find solutions within 30 minutes he had solved the issue. He asked Billy to take me to a different location to pay via a different card machine. On the way I was so upset my emotions all over but Billy comforted me making sure I was ok and looking after me. I could not of felt more safe and at ease. He was amazing to me!! After finally paying, 1 half hours after I was taken back to the clinic very quickly I met my dentist his name DR GOKMEN when I met him I expressed how scared I was to start the process but immediately made me at ease he put his hand on my arm and said “ don’t worry I will look after you ” with the kindest smile, and rightly so he did! This appointment consisted getting the prep done shaving down my teeth and any route canals needed the procedure took around 3 hours but throughout he fully comforted me with any pain making sure I did not feel a thing! He did 4 route canals which were done in the most immaculate way checking with X-RAYS to make sure the route canals were done 100%. The work it self wasn’t painful just uncomfortable and a shock when looking in the mirror to see my teeth shaved down, but the same day temporary teeth were fitted to protect my under teeth which was great and much nicer than waking around with shaved teeth.

2nd day picked up by Cem amazing guy he took me to the clinic, I had my tooth removed and 2 implants fitted all done effectively and no pain by there amazing oral surgeon.

4th day I was again picked up by Cem for my rehearsal and the day I was to see my new teeth in the flesh and any changes imperfections would be sorted

5th day my new veneers we’re fully fitted.

Overall amazing experience Billy, Cem are the best ❤️ and all at the dentist were beyond wonderful ❤️

Where on earth do I start. I feel like this has been a journey my entire life. Across the 25 years I’ve been alive. This is the first time I’ve never felt conscious about my smile. I cannot express the affect you’ll have on the rest of my life. Beyond happy with the treatment. The dentist was so Hygienic, clean and sterile. They wasted none of your time. They were so polite. All staff members deserve to pat themselves on the back. They’re all outstanding. And on a personal level. I couldn’t thank Billy or Cem enough for what you did for me. Always putting my mind at ease. Swift messages with appointments and updates. We’re very thorough with everything they did. Both on a professional level and on a friend level. 2 top top top guys! Thankyou for everything uk smiles. Best decision in my life 😁

Billie who is a rep makes you feel comfortable and is lovely through out the whole process answering any questions you have and supporting you in whatever you need.

I have been a patient of Dr Dominiki for 16 years. She is very kind, patient and professional. She always gave me the best treatments and solutions. I am very grateful with the treatments I have received. All the staff members are very friendly and helpful.

I can’t recommend UK Smiles enough, myself and my partner both attended the clinic to get our new smiles. From the off the reps “Billy and Cem” made you feel welcome and all the staff at the clinic are so helpful. The dentists are so thorough and I would go as far as saying perfectionist. I was happy with my new teeth from the first fitting however the dentist would not fit them until she was 100% happy with them, then it still needs to get approval from “Pilen”. The hotel could not be faulted and the staff can not do enough for you - all you need to do is ask and they will accommodate to their best.

Unbelievable experience and everyone who asks me about my teeth i will be sending them straight to UK Smiles.

Since I landed in Turkey my service was 5 star I was treated like a king. VIP minibus waiting for me when I arrived with alcohol ready lol.
Cem and Billy was waiting for me when I arrived and they have looked after us all here like family. Don't worry about coming on your own like I did because it's all a big family at the beetle hotel, I've met some friends for life! I'm absolutely amazed with my new teeth and I couldn't reccomend it enough! I'm definitely coming back to visit just as a holiday, you will understand once you land done be scared! One of the best holidays and experience of my life. Can't wait to go home and not hide my smile anymore.
