Before I say about the dentist, I have to speak about Billy. Goes above and beyond to help every person out, does it all and asks for nothing back. Top top man, deserves 10 stars!

My experience in the dentist was great, weird at first when you don't know what's going on, and I had more to do than expected, but buzzing with my end results and still can't work out how I had no pain at all!

I couldn't be happier with the outcome after the 2 visits!

Just got back last night from my trip to UK smiles. From start to finish the experience was first class, a few times there was some waiting around but what do you expect?! I couldn't fault my dentist one bit, lovely small lady with glasses, she was so particular and meticulous when I came to my adjustments. Billy and Jim were excellent at keeping in contact with appointments too! I'd be lying if I said it didn't hurt a little bit.... but again, what do you expect! Only been back in the UK 12 hours and had so many amazing comments already! Life changing experience, wouldn't change a thing!

Uk smiles best experience ever for me and my partner from start to finish all staff are friendly specially billy & Cem with our transport to and from our appointments would highly recommend gutted to be leaving 100/100 over the moon with our new smiles

What can I say about UK smiles that hasn't already been written.

The company goes above and beyond to ensure you have a care free experience and a perfect smile.

I was met by the awesome Billy as soon as I arrived at The Beetle Hotel and he went through everything with me to help settle my mind.

He gave me my appointment which was for the following day..
Please ensure you have a decent breakfast because your first day will be long.
I arrived at UK smiles at 12 o clock and was taken for xrays, 3D scanning and then taken Into a room so they could talk to me about any issues I may have.
Luckily for me I didn't have any apart from a wisdom tooth that needed taking out because it would have caused problems with one of my crowns.
This came at an extra cost.

Be advised that the quotation you were given prior to arriving in Turkey is based on the photos you provided, this doesn't show any other issues you may have that the Xrays will pick up.
My advise would be to take extra money with you just incase this happens.
You can pay any extra on a card but they will charge an extra 18% on top as taxes.

Once I was happy they started work on shaving my teeth down, this sounds horrific but I can honestly say I had no pain... the anesthetic did the trick.

I was having 24 crowns fitted so all 24 teeth needed to be shaved down, this took around 4 hrs.

Once this was done i left with temporary teeth fitted and I could then go away and enjoy the rest of my time until my crowns were made.
I returned 4 days later to have them fitted.
I can't believe how brilliant they look

I want to say a special thank you to Ceren Alisan who was the dentist that worked her magic and gave me my perfect smile 😃 I can't thank you enough.

I would have no hesitation in recommending UK smiles.

UK Smiles provide a very good service. The facility is very clean and clinical . The staff are good. The reps are great (Billy & Cem)

UK Smiles have the best team, my experience from start to finish was amazing. I did cry a few time not going to lie as I am very nervous and have anxiety in regards to the Dentist.

I had the best Dentist and Dental Nurse that reassured me and made sure that I felt no pain and that I was comfortable.

The Clinic itself is Modern and spotlessly clean. With tea, coffee and water facilities in the waiting area.

Billy & Jimmy were also great with keeping me up to date with Appointments and pick up and drop off on the Clinic visits.

Also the photographer was also very friendly and an amazing person to work with.

From the minute i arrived to the minute i left i was provided with such good services was made welcome by both clinic staff and hotel staff made me feel alot more comfortable with everything. billy and paddy are just wicked both are so funny and good st what they do. id highly recommend using uksmiles good value for such a good services im so happy with my outcome feel like the man!

We booked as a couple for our teeth done. The booking process was straight forward and all we had to do was wait until we arrived in Turkey. Our flight was delayed due to French air strikes but as promised a private driver was there to collect us straight outside the terminal and he took us directly to the hotel.

It was around 2am by the time we made it to the hotel but Billy & Jim were there to greet us and give us our appointment information. They are both a credit to U.K. Smiles and will do anything above and beyond to ensure you are happy, comfortable and able to enjoy a holiday as well as your treatment. Billy keeps in contact with you via WhatsApp and you are able to contact him at any time if you need anything. Both myself and my partner only experienced minor sensitivity which is to be expected but Jim provided us with painkillers and Billy even dropped off some antiseptic mouthwash when my gums were feeling a little bit tender. Their level of care is second to none!

Your first appointment is the longest and I’d highly recommend ensuring you eat a good breakfast before hand and wear something comfortable. The actual shaving process is only part of this day and the rest of the time is spent having consultations, x-rays and pictures. Our initial consultation with the lead dentist Pelin was quite short and we both wished we had a bit more time to take this information in but you are able to choose from a range of shapes and colours. All of the dental clinic staff are lovely and our Dentists Muhammad and Gokmen took every care to ensure we were comfortable and happy at every stage throughout the process. Muhammad took extra care to make sure my smile was perfect and Gokmen showed so much attention to detail to make adjustments to my partners bite.

The hotel they book for you is a straight walk to the beach and only takes a few minutes. Even on days we had appointments we walked to the beach multiple times a day. On our free days we took taxis to Kaleici (The old town), shopping malls etc. Our trip was only 1 week but we felt like we had a holiday as well as cosmetic treatment.

We are so grateful to not only our dentists but also Billy & Jim for showing us amazing hospitality and care. If you need any recommendations Billy is happy to help and even if you travel alone there are other guests at the hotel having the same or similar treatments who you can talk to or even just sit with in the lounge area. Before our trip we researched so much to try and find information so will include our tips below hopefully they help others!

• The price you are quoted is for the exact treatment option given. We took extra cash with us incase we decided to add extras (we both opted to have more teeth so this proved handy to avoid card charges). However if you choose to stick to your original treatment plan the price remains the same and what you are quoted is what you will pay. We paid in cash GBP.

• Once your teeth are shaved/temps fitted you will need to stick to a soft diet of soup or pasta for a few days. The Beetle House Coffee Lounge menu was perfect and very reasonably priced. We had omelettes every morning and pasta every evening. There are hundreds of other restaurants and bars nearby but we found the food here to be the tastiest even on a soft diet. The Turkish breakfast is included in the price but we found this difficult to eat with temporary teeth but the omelettes are quite big portions and cost approx 50tl. The smoothies are also amazing!

• We took seperate spending money in Turkish Lira. However we did also take a Monzo card at the recommendation of a friend as the exchange rate was great on this and meant we didn’t have to take our bank cards and could just transfer money onto this account.

• Take comfortable footwear. If you venture out of the hotel there is lots of walking to be done. Most of the locals wear trainers and sandals for very good reason. We loved our walks so much and you can go right along the coastline.

• There is free wifi at the hotel & at the dental clinic. Just ask Jim to pop the passwords in for you when you are there. Billy will always WhatsApp you if there are any changes to appointments.

• Neither of us experienced pain only minor discomfort and sensitivity. The shaving process was not half as bad as we expected and although they were ground down we weren’t left with tiny shark teeth. I was very surprised and pleased that we still had a good solid tooth structure underneath the crowns.

We are so pleased we booked with U.K. Smiles and know that if we ever returned to this part of Turkey would get in touch with Billy in a heartbeat as he became more of a friendly face than a rep! Our teeth are perfect and more than we could have wished for.

I came to UK smiles on the 14th April 2023, I had 24 crowns fitted, the clinic is very professional and listen to you're every need and help with everything including pain relief, places to go, places to eat etc, billy and Jim are fantastic and even drove me 2 hrs across turkey because I had picked the wrong suitcase up at the airport, would do it again in a heartbeat, would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Everyone hates dentists right ? Yeah I was afraid of them too, gotta say tho UK smiles did put me at ease, there are so many ppl looking after you from the moment you arrive at the airport until the moment they take you back, the clinic are really professional and very clean, they thrive on hygiene & make sure you go through every tests possible to give you what you want, you choose the style, you choose the colour shade & they won’t let you leave until you are happy with everything. So I guess I’m another happy customer of theirs & I’m sure they’ll look after you too, 100% recommend 👌 thank you guys 🙏👏👍

Absolutely flabbergasted with my new teeth. Can thank enough uk smiles for the excellent job that they’ve done . And a huge thank you to Billy for the warm welcome , he made me feel like home such a great guy. He and his cousin Cem did everything I asked them.!! 🫶🏼

Very happy with my new teeth, start to finish the procedure was very professional no problems at all the clinic was so clean the staff were very friendly couldn’t recommend them anymore.

Absolutely the best experience. I’m from Las Vegas and flew to Antalya by myself (I’m a female) and I always felt safe, especially at The Rodinn Park Hotel. The staff is amazing and the food is great. My coordinator Belle was absolutely fantastic and very communicative of my appointments and when my driver would be picking me up.

The clinic was amazing as well. Very clean and sterile, they really listen to what you want and need from your teeth and your desired smile. I also needed a root canal which they took care of free of charge. They actually created the wrong style of teeth originally so I told them what I had wanted and they sent the teeth back to the lab and had me back the next day with the correct style all done. The dentists and assistants are very friendly and very professional. I really can’t say enough good things about this clinic, the accommodations, and the people. I highly recommend it!

I was lucky enough to follow a friends experience and he was very satisfied and I was so amazed at his results. I booked myself and literally from the stage of getting a quote I was blown away by the service. I'm not the best at going to the dentist and trust me alot of my worry was for nothing. The team at UK Smile are just amazing and my pain management and the patience they had with me was just great. I have a bad gag reflex and they was so good. The facility is spotless with the latest equipment and within two appointments my treatment was completed. Billy the coordinator picked me up and took me to my appointments and also supported me and advised me. I put off cosmetic dentist for years and hid behing my hands when I smiled. But now I have a new confidence and everyone I speak to is so impressed with how my teeth look. They also bite perfect and feel slick and great in my mouth. The skill and service the care and attention to detail is honestly 👌 don't delay its worth every single penny.

5 star experience at UK Smiles, Billy couldn’t do enough to help us, making sure we were always happy and comfortable. Had so many compliments on the quality of my new teeth, would definitely recommend to anyone considering a visit here.

Came last week to get my treatment started and was nervous coming but once I got here I was put at ease by Billy and felt great then I had my first appointment and they made sure I felt at home from start to finish, I’m over the moon with my final results and couldn’t recommend these guys enough all the top of the range equipment and customer service was 10/10 huge thank you to Uk smiles and the team for giving me the best smile I could have wished for!
