I received my order today, five days from ordering. The corner sofa was also brought upstairs for me & as requested for the £20 flat fee.
Communication spot on after purchasing, with order & delivery confirmation texts being sent out quickly + a call an hour before the crew's arrival.
The sofa itself is amazing, especially for the price.
I can't see me having to order another anytime soon, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that might be looking to buy a sofa. Predominantly over their short delivery window. Some other companies can have customers wait several weeks.

Disgraceful company describe the sofas as luxury and they are far from that. They delivered 1 damaged and we made the driver take a pic of when I contacted them they said nothing was reported they are little scammers. I bought through wowcher thinking I would have security which has never happened they are just as bad

THIEVES. Paid £1,149 for two sofas, one had damage and the other was wrong. We paid for them £290 extra to collect the damaged goods, replace them, and to upgrade the two seater to a three.

The delivery guys turned up for a second time, came in, asked to wrap up and pack the existing sofas and put them in the van, we asked for them to get the new sofas out first so we can see that they’re correct.

The delivery drivers refused, pretended they were on the phone, talking their own language, got in their van and sped off of our drive and away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

My husband has been working an 18 hour shift for almost 2 years Sofa World LTD LEEDS and they pay £60 and he still complains that the drivers don't work I don't recommend there are 5 partners the 5 are very bad

I was very dubious to buy from sofaworld due to all the negative views but they have been amazing, any questions ir queries I had Israr Khan was quick to respond via email and was very helpful. The delivery drivers were really nice and helpful, I would definitely reconmend

My advice do not buy should be closed down ..not interested after they send you a rubbish sofa that falls apart within a week..see you in court..

Deserve zero stars!! I would avoid this company at all costs because it will cost you. Complete fraudulent company who try and scam as much money as they can from you. Sent the wrong item and claim its what I ordered, and want over double the money to send it back. Sofa quality is extremely poor , hard wood without sufficient padding and is painful to sit on. The management and staff are very rude, unhelpful and try to be intimidating. Never encountered such a unprofessional company in my life. I can not believe this company is allowed to sell products as it needs shutting down.

Avoid!! An absolute disgrace of a company ordered a corner sofa which was delivered stained with what seemed to be black marker pen along with frayed cushions not to mention it being one of the most uncomfortable sofa’s I have ever sat on literally felt like sitting on wood! I messaged to complain about the faults and request a refund only to be given a WhatsApp number for their supposed “customer service” which apparently is non existent! Correspondence is good until you have a complaint or wish to get a refund I have no idea how they haven’t been shut down I only wish I had checked the reviews before using this shambles of a company! I hope karma hits them so hard!

Ordered a £800 sofa set 2 month ago.
Took my money and never recieved the goods. Have reported to action fraud. Avoid these scammers!!

THIS IS SCAM! Do not order from here, they have taken payment but never delivered the item. A third party called us to say they knew we did not receive item, and that they would issue a refund but never did... they now said they cannot help and now do not answer the phone.

SCAM!!! If there was an option for minus stars I would be giving that!!!!

I've emailed 3 times about the 2 sofas I've ordered on 29th March 2022 for £918 they have still not arrived and its now 25th May 2022, I've received no contact to find out what is happening, only had an automated text message the day I ordered and that's it, going through Trading Standards at the moment and I've taken up a case with Laybuy to get a refund as its all paid off!! 😡

Scam company. Took my money. Led me on with various fake updates. Had another company call me and tell me that the owners had died and they would supply the order or I could get a refund. Got a chargeback from my bank instead! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

I WISH we’d have read the reviews before purchasing from this company.
We placed an order for £918.00 for the Belgravia U shape sofa on April 6. We got a call on April 23rd to say it was being delivered that day in 30 mins but unfortunately there were some parts missing. We tried to refuse delivery and asked for them to return once they had the complete sofa but the delivery man was independent and said he couldn’t do that. The sofa is absolutely NOT what was pictured online and the quality is so poor. We have been trying ever since to contact this awful company every day to no avail. We’re now at a complete loss. Almost £1000 down and no sign of this sofa being collected anytime soon. We’ve even offered to pay for the recollection just to get it gone! Please avoid and report this company.

Ordered a £900.02 seater and three seater sofa on the 7th of March I’ve still not heard absolutely anything I’ve tried to email also tried to call the one mobile number that they have no response absolutely zero nothing I’ve nearly paid for the sofa and now I don’t know what to do can anybody help me with this situation many thanks Aaron

Ordered a sofa from there Facebook page. It was due to be delivered Saturday 23rd nothing had came.

I messaged no reply or answer from phone calls.

Paid the deposit and first payment as I spread the cost using devidebuy

I contacted devidebuy they told me to contact my bank to claim back the deposit and 1st payment and cancelled the other though them.

They copied sofa world into the email they out together and had no response from sofa world.

Absolutely shocking still haven't received the 1st payment or deposit back and have no sofa.

Avoid at all costs.

Avoid avoid avoid!! Worst company ever there not even worth the one star i brought my bed, hasn’t arrived till today no communication!! Taken my money its been over two weeks all they do is lie, !! But i have asked my bank for a chargeback!

I ordered a sofa about 4 weeks ago. I don’t mind the wait if it actually turned up when it was supposed to!
I got an email to say it would be delivered between Monday and Thursday this week. I took 4 days off work. It is now saturday and the sofa still has not been delivered. And no message to say why or when it will be delivered.
Customer service is shocking! I have sent email after email and I have had no reply!
Iv paid over £900 and no sign of the sofa.
No number to call and they ignore emails.
Would not recommend to anyone!
Will be reporting to trading standards!

I brought a ottoman bed very sturdy and secure, I didn’t realise the headboard I ordered was smaller in height than the one I wanted, these guys went beyond and kindly sent me the headboard I wanted free of charge, one happy customer I’m very great full. Thank you❤️
