Poor service

I ordered a tshirt on the 1st January and paid for express delivery. Now I’m not stupid and realise this was New Year’s Day but I have still not had a despatch email from them today or an update. On their tracking it says that it is preparing the order…. I paid the extra money for delivery so as it was at least here asap. I have contacted customer service twice and had no response. For such a big group this is awful service and one I wasn’t expecting when I ordered the tshirt!

10-weeks and no sign of order! Awful.

Where to start!? Placed an order in October, no sign by November. Automated reply said to wait 28 days for shipping. 10 weeks later, still no sign of the order. Replies to queries are received approx 30% of the time with many apologies but no actual dispatch details. I've now tried to cancel my order and get a refund but uncertain how long I'll wait for this or if it'll ever appear! Really sad and disappointed to have missed both my husband's birthday and now even Christmas.
