should be closed down immediately. if the police knows this site is fake why doesn’t government close it down immediately i been emailing more than 20 times to delete profile no response at all paid i think its time to contact anonymous group to close it for innocent victims

Joined this site for a 3month period and 1month in I've raised 6 or 7 issues about scammers and nothing was done.. last night while chatting to "a lady" my phone was hacked, my bank details were stolen which I wasn't aware of at the time.
Certain things she said didn't seem true so googled her name.. up popped her obituary with a photo of her.. the hackers were using a dead girls identity to scam innocent men.. reported it and still not heard back from the company.. AVOID THIS SITE YOU WILL BE HACKED ive had all my cards cancelled by my bank due to them trying to withdraw funds from my account.. the site is a very high risk to your security

Very disappointed. Especially as the site us a bots to reply. Why not just have one of the employees at least write something original. I managed to use multiple IP addresses so created multiple accounts and messaged the same couple with the same initial message. Of the 12 account 7 came back with the exact same replies. Good thing I didn't fall for the sites scam

Total Scam.

Signed up to the website as it looked a little more genuine than most (not all supermodels and posed pictures). Started chatting with a few people which went fine, then they sent pics which stated i must be a full member to view. Decided to give it a try as they had the following offer

"Upgrade and email code OFFER_11_SWING to offer(at)xxxxxxxx.co.uk so you will SAVE £20 Off compared to the usual price of £59.99
PLUS we will cancel the monthly fee !!!"

I done this then next thing i am locked out of my account until i send in the photo confirmation. Had to do this several times over a week to eventually get back into the account. At this point i have noticed that they have not added the lifetime membership and have been trying to contact them ever since on the Offer/Admin and Info e-mails. No response to eight e-mails sent.

Also, they said they would waive the monthly fee however after a month they still tried to take the monthly fee.

Now, showing the following when i try to log in

Total scam and there is no customer service what so ever. I will e-mail them again today and if no response and think i will have to report to the financial ombudsmon and maybe the police.

AVOID THIS SITE!! I would give it no stars if I could. Went on the site and was chatting to a few people who wanted to exchange contact details but couldn’t until I became a life member. They all seemed very insistent that I joined so £39.99 later I joined and lo and behold the chatting stopped from three ‘members’ absolute scam.

Tells u it’s a one time £40 join up fee no monthly payments then try’s to bill you 14:99 a month wtf?? Not the greatest if websites tbh

Unexpected Fun. Didn’t know what to expect but we were made feel very welcome by the people we met for socials and fun and the offer etc. nice choice of local people

Excellent for fun. Tried a few weekends ago and having more fun than ever before. This the we had people over who we on the site m and it was even better fun as it was more relaxed. Have been invited to a party in saturday

Total con. Should have known better. Chatted to two lasses, I think, joined then left in lurch. Admin none existent. Can't delete profile or pictures. You don't get a refund for the £9.99. So as they haven't held there side of contract up going to see if lawyers want to take things on.

I attended my first swingers meet last night with a couple. It was amazing. Have another planned with a different couple Saturday. Fantastic dp first time too

UPDATE ... UPDATE ... UPDATE (as of 03 Oct 2024). After finally managing to get a response from 'info at ukswingers co.uk' (who claim never to have received my confirmation email sent to them in June), I posted a review of ukswingers.co.uk on here, after which they suddenly sent me this message: "we will ignore that and reinstate your account once the review is removed. If you want the account reinstated please remove the review" (the review they are referring to is this review on Trustpilot)

So, they have taken my money, blocked my account and are refusing to reinstate it unless I remove this review. Ask yourselves, IS THIS A COMPANY YOU WANT TO PAY MONEY TO?

I am now wondering, is this company uncomfortable with a yet another bad review? They wouldn't be trying to use THREATS to influence the posting on Trustpilot by any chance?
Now ask yourself, is this a company I can trust?

It is now 18:20 and I see they have since put a redirect on my IP address, which tells me this ... the "lifetime" account you pay for isn't worth a thing! It seems that if you warn people what they too might expect, the company will prevent you access and keep your money.

This action will now result in a complaint to both the Police and Trading Standards. Once I have a police number, it will be posted here so others can cross reference.

The website is owned and run by Andrew Harris of Port Talbot who was the director of Zilet Limited which owned and ran this website. He was prosecuted in 2014 and jailed for 2 years after admitted to scamming people using fake profiles on the website and fake "communication". There is a freely available article on walesonline.co.uk which details his conviction.

The website does NOT appear to be geared to providing a service to you, instead it seems geared to taking your money and nothing else. What most people would consider "key" features of a website are just not there and many parts of the website are simply broken - like the "contact us" page, and even more importantly the ability to cancel your subscription. Its a shocking example of a website given its supposed creation of 2019 and I ABSOLUTELY ADVISE YOU NEVER, EVER GO NEAR IT.

Everyone deserves a second chance of course but it's clear that Mr Harris is still "at it". I see myself as something of an internet "vigilante" and so - I created an account and then I was informed that to do anything "meaningful" with it, I had to "subscribe". So I did, at that point all the apparent "contact" I was getting from people suddenly stopped. The billing reference which was via CCBILL.COM showed "harris" in the transaction name.

I contacted CCBILL's customer support the next day and advised I felt I'd been scammed and they were very helpful and advised they had refunded the transaction. I've also contacted ukswingers.co.uk customer support and asked if they will remove my account from their website. I wonder how long (if at all) that will take....

So it would appear clear to me that Mr Harris didn't learn anything from his 2 years in jail and is still stealing money from people. Well hopefully round two in jail will help him see sense because Mr Harris, eventually - that's where you are heading....

This website is totally fake firstly read this review and don't fall for there robot scams.

Secondly for everyone who didn't read this first or anyone who has reviewed it already and has paid money and would like their hard earned cash back.

The company they use for payment is a third party company so don't panic about the payment if you have already paid and get in contact with them as early as possible.

Contact the third party company don't ask for your money back tell them you want your money back and that they are taking part in illegal activities by taking money for the website they will email you back.

I know they will try to say they won't refund but keep pushing tell them you have all the information to hand the payment sent by you through them a third party company working for the website.

I would advise to tell them the owner has already been to prison for the same crime on the same website and therefore you will go to the police remind them although they only took the payment well they are working with an illegal organisation.

They will try to wiggle their way out give them a ultimatum pay the money back or you will be visiting the police station to report them and the website.

I know it might take a while keep pushing and they will refund you cause they don't want to get into trouble for taking a payment for him.

Massive Scam! How is this site still allowed to operate? As everyone below has mentioned the same happened to me, after calling one person out and informing them it was a scam they removed all conversations and completely disappeared, so I set up another profile and joined again without paying, and guess what? That same person appeared again and started giving an identical chat.
Again I wished I'd read the reviews first!
