Great products, fast delivery

So my strips got delivered to the wrong address (Amazon shipping’s fault not UK teeth whitening website) I filled out their online form and Katy from UK teeth whitening got back to me within 1 day. Further from that within 2 days Katy had sorted out the shipping problem and got a new set of whitening strips sent to my address. I did tell her I’d write a good review and mention her name upon receipt of my order and it was so prompt here I am!

I wasn’t happy with Amazon Shipping getting my order wrong but I’m really happy with how Katy sorted it out for me and got a new set sent out so fast.

Anyway about the actual product, I’ve ordered them loads of times, they’re the only white strips that will whiten your teeth. So just get them. You will see a difference after one use but definitely order 20 to see a great before and after.

Really 5* review from me and I don’t usually bother to write reviews but I am so happy with the service I received. I will order again!

The delivery man got my address wrong and didn’t deliver my item, customer service arranged for a new delivery within 7 days. Thank you.

Both a whole box of 40 strips - 20 treatments. Received totally different box with a different time application than I ordered. I contacted the ukteethwhitening that they sent me a wrong box and they replied it's the newer version. So I used the whole 20 treatments and can't see any difference. I think I have quite nice teeth just wanted to give it a bit better whiter shade. I was taking pics so I can compare. Contacted them again and they just replied with this sort of automatic message about every person being different a recommending keeping a white diet while whitening. Well, I don't drink alcohol or tea or coffee so nothing that could really spoil the whitening.

Their website states 'the latest expiry dates', but they sent a product that is almost out of date. The gels were made in 2020 and expire in just 4 weeks. I complained, and they said it's on the product page... which it isn't. They accept no responsibility for misleading buyers with the assurance of long expiry dates, and won't refund. On the plus side, they'll send your nearly out of date whitening gels quickly. Not a great experience.

Website is easy to navigate and I always fine what I am looking for straight away.
Often this is just through the previously ordered section of the website which is a very handy tool to have!! Payment is easily processed and delivery is always within the timescale. Of course the product is fabulous as well and my teeth are always perfectly white after.

Highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else for my whitening services!

I have used Crest Whitening Strips for around 15 years after asking an Air Hostess what she used on her pearlies. I was then a smoker and my teeth were yellowing. Since then and upto now I have never had whiter teeth. All my friends and strangers comment on my teeth and how lovely my smile is. I always recommend Crest Whitening strips to them. Some of my friends have even took the plunge and have been shocked by their results and have also become regular users. I say if anyone is wanting whiter teeth then Crest is definitely the best 😁👍

Order hasn't been delivered. When reported they ask me for the prove that I haven't got it !!! how you can show that something is not existing ?!
I sent hundreds emails asking for help and I was ignored 99.99% of the time.
They are waste of money and time !

Had a issue yesterday, and although it’s turns out it was a misunderstanding from my side , their customer service was incredible , i’ve never seen faster replies.
The whitening strips also worked beautifully and i will ordering and recommending them more as the price is really good and fair aswell

So I've used this website many times with no issue but my recent order turned up 2 days ago with nothing but an invoice! I contacted the customer support who is accusing me of fraud by "claiming" there was nothing in the envelope. They are stating they have CCTV footage of each parcel they send out they are also weighed, therefor have footage of My items being put in the envelope. I have contacted bank who have advised me to put a fraud claim in and also contact the local fraud team. My advice would be to use a credit card if you do use this company so you're protected if they don't deliver the goods that you paid for.

Great products on the website. Struggle to get the Crest whitening strips from anywhere but here and they are a reasonable price and often have discount codes.

Ordered product on Monday morning arrived Tuesday afternoon. Great service and the poladay products are extremely well priced. Second time using this company and absolutely no issues.
