Only ordered yesterday and already have my teeth whitening kit. Usually I pay more for the same product from my dentist but if I can get next day delivery for a better price then I will! Tracking provided through Amazon all day so you know what’s happening. Would recommend :)

Great service. Had an issue with my order (got my postcode wrong) and it didn’t get delivered- a replacement was ordered straight away and I received it the next day. I noticed the error in my postcode straight away and contacted them but unfortunately it was too late- would be better if you were able to submit changes to your order within 5mins of ordering maybe to avoid this problem? Either that or maybe a number to ring so any issues can be resolved quickly

I inputted the wrong postcode which was my previous address that I recently moved out of and my package was delivered to the wrong place by mistake, instead of being sent back. Luckily Katy got back to me very quickly on this and rightfully made a thorough enquiry into the situation. After finding out what the problem was, she soon sent me a new set of whitening strips which arrived in only 2 days. Very helpful customer service - thank you!

Had no problem with delivery of customer service. Placed my order, got a tracking number and item arrived next day. Strips are really easy to use, apply to my teeth for 30 minutes, used 8 treatments and can already see a difference removing 15 years of smoking and red wine stains.

Dealing with Katy. a fast solution where a delivery was down to DPD who deliver most days to my address on this particularly run the driver decided not to be able to find me, probably a new driver and the customer service agent suggested a new address and sent out my order same day and I received it the next day with no quibble

I ordered Poladay teeth whitening gel that got initially misplaced by Amazon shipping service. On contacting UK Teeth whitening Customer service I was provided a new set of teeth whitening gel. Lisa from customer service was very helpful and reassuring. I would definitely buy from UK Teeth whitening in the future.

for some reason the courier could not deliver my parcel, turns out I had given the wrong postcode and my item was returned, Sara promptly replied to my email and dispatched my parcel again FREE of charge!!!! My kit arrived the next day and I am please with the results already.

Works well I did a couple of months treatments now I just use one every now and then to top up :) which always work straight away! My teeth look naturally white. Also didn't suffer with sensitivity too much either.

DPD refused delivery. Complained to UK Teeth Whitening cust services. No apology from Katie at all for their couriers actions. I replied via email requesting drop off at a location instead and highlighting their lack of apology. No apology on reply, just an address in Hong Kong to complain to. My advice? Go to Snow teeth whitening instead. They care about service. UK Teeth Whitening (a Chinese company) do not.
