I had a really disappointing and frustrating experience with UK Thesis Help. I paid for editing, formatting and fact-checking for my Thesis. As I am not a native English speaker, I wanted to make my work more readable and the best standard. It did not happen! First they did not deliver at time, having several months on their hands. Just before the due date they suddenly found that one chapter is missing, started asking for more money to write by themselves. I said that this is not possible as they do not know my research. I had to deliver 8000 word chapter in 1 night. After another 1,5 weeks they suddenly asked my for VAT, which was not mentioned before. The company is not registered officially: not at all and not for vat. I started to argue. They was not going to give me my Thesis back. I paid “vat”. After another 1 week they finally delivered the Thesis. Better not! Thesis was not proofread and not edited. The Index and other parts were using a different font size, type, style, paragraph style and capitalisation. They did not use more than 50% of my references, some very crucial bibliography. I had to do everything by myself: editing, formatting, proofreading etc. I have found many minor mistakes as well, which they did not pick up on: missing or extra punctuation marks, brackets, inconsistency etc. I asked for my money back. They did not pay. I do not recommend these guys.

Good communication, exactly what i asked for, would use again

I went to UKTHESISHELP to assist me with a Literature Review. I was apprehensive as the contacts English was not great. After agreeing to send £150 they supplied me with such a bad piece that it ALL had to be rewritten. Despite a guarantee of theirs to fix the problem after 12 weeks the same guy rang me back this time stating he was someone else from their solicitors department. Funny he also called me on the same mobile number. They have now refused any sort of refund and when I challenged their legitimacy threats were made. Please do not use this company. My experience has been very bad with them. They do not guarantee good work
