UK Tile Sales Reviews 

After completing an order, paying in full, and patiently waiting for months for an update on stock, all of my calls and emails have now been ignored for weeks after requesting to cancel the order.
I have been incredibly patient and am writing this review as a last resort as there is simply no excuse at this point.

This company owes me a refund of nearly £200 - I have not received the tiles and wish to cancel the order and be refunded.

The Manager was very helpful with advice and pricing

Replacement again recieved next day no problems at all this time

I ordered Dorset Stone Flat Tiles on 15th July from UK Tile Sales. On 16h July a UK Tile Sales consultant AKA Euxton Tile Supps advised me by email the tiles were on back order. I am project managing a large self build so for the past 5 weeks have made the same inquiry to UK Tile Sales & each week have received the same explanation. Actual quote: Unfortunately we are still awaiting a delivery date from our supplier on when we can expect these into ourselves. Imagine my surprise when today I called the manufacturer. They have the tiles in stock & can supply within 2 working days of the payment I made earlier today. Come on UK Tile Sales what on earth are you playing at? Be up front with your customers. You are in breach of the Consumer Right Act 2015 so a full refund to my credit card is now needed. You need to take down the product from your website as you know you are unable to supply to time. Based on previous feedback on Trustpilot this is not a one off. Other customers please be aware,

Great Company to deal with, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the carrier had damaged a number of tiles but after sending photos and talking with UK Tile Customer Services, they immediately dispatched another box of tiles to replace the broken ones. Very pleased with the support and will certainly use this Company again.

Ordered dorset pinhead tiles , the whole thing was a shambles -paid up front !
from being fob off, waiting for warehouse went round in circles for 3 weeks ..

there cheap for a reason - avoid

I found this website while I was looking for some tiles after I'd accidentally broken some before fitting, my fault.

They where quite expensive originally, my funds were getting low and I wanted to save if I could.

I found the tiles I needed on this site for just over £10 cheaper per box than I originally paid, and more compared to other sites selling the same tiles.

I won't lie, I'd never heard of this place and with the internet being what it is these days I was a little cautious about it all thinking I was bound to be missing some hidden charge or something.

I phoned them the next day to query it all and it all seemed above board and legit (I can't remember the name of the lady I spoke to but she was very helpful and professional) and told me I could expect delivery in the next 3 days or so - I placed my order.

The next day they'd been delivered.

And, to kick it off - They'd been delivered from the same place I'd originally paid more for the same tiles, which I still find hard to believe or comprehend to be honest - I was a bit confused when I saw the invoice and who it was from - BUT - I certainly wasn't complaining.

So, yeah - Zero complaints and more the happy with both the price and the service I received, I'd happily recommend to anyone reading this review to just get your order placed and expect it quicker than you think.

Tiles eventually turned up the problem was with the invoice had no vat number have contact company but no vat invoice as yet

Unfortunately several tiles were broken on delivery.
Hopefully this does not effect being able to do pending job.

Absolutely disgusting the price for delivery you may as well pay that bit more and get them local 19 tiles sub total 31 with deliver bs
