They're scammers, never recieved the product. The girl who answers the phone is completely imcompetent, lied about the refund, was bollocking me like a scammer and making up excuses when I put her on the spot. She clearly had no intention of sending me a refund. Many other people are complaining about the same exact thing happening to them. Avoid this company at all costs or you'll lose money.

Ordered a wiha torque screwdriver set heard nothing for over a week tried to get an answer about delivery luckily paid with PayPal so let them deal with it and got a refund

Ordered goods and paid pro-forma early April 2025, failed to fulfil order, poor excuse after poor excuse and still no sign of any goods, feel as though we have been totally hoodwinked, promised refunds, and, as expected more empty promises.

Do not under any circumstances advance this company money for tools they clearly cannot or have no intention of supplying!!

My only negative was that no tracking data provided, but as delivery was quick and courier did place in safe place as requested. All in all a very positive experience.

There was nothing to make the experience great, but it was OK. Significantly, I ended up with Loctite 7505, when I wanted Loctite 7503, because I've used 7503 on previous projects. I do concede that this may have been mis-clicking on my part, but precisely how this discrepancy happened I do not know. The price is higher, so I hope the product quality matches; it has done an excellent job so far. The purchasing procedure apart from the muddle was straightforward. Whilst I do not promise to buy here in the future, I have noted the website and will certainly look at it when checking out future DIY purchases.
