This company is a scam and if you want to lose your money and be told to ask your bank for a refund,deal with them.They will promise you God customer service and after taking your money tell you the ticket price has gone up and when you ask for refund that's the end of their communication.They are the worst travel agents and I always try and deal with the airline directly now even if I have to pay a little extra but I do have security and peace of mind.
I paid a deposit and first installment for a flight in November,2024 and got told after making the payment to a different account that the company account has got a problem.Next message from that I got was to say the ticket price has increased which I refused to pay and asked for refund.I am still trying to get my money back and was told about a month ago,which was in August 2025,that I should ask my bank for refund as their company account has been blocked.
They are scammers and fraudsters and don't know why the authorities don't stop them from trading and taking people's hard earned cash.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from UK TravelRoute Experts in Travel. I contacted them for a flight to Ethiopia and was quoted £1,840 for 3x passengers After being asked to pay via bank transfer, I sent two payments totalling £950 based on their instructions.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I never received a ticket or confirmation. When I contacted the airline directly, I was informed that my reservation had been cancelled because no payment was made by the travel agent. This was both shocking and upsetting, especially considering the time and stress I spent trying to resolve the issue.

The situation became worse when I was offered a more expensive alternative flight. I insisted on paying by credit card for security, but the agency insisted on another bank transfer—this time to an unrelated account, which my bank flagged as non-compliant with industry regulations.

To this day, no ticket has been issued, and I am left out of pocket with no resolution. I have requested a full refund, but the experience has left me feeling misled, frustrated, and financially vulnerable. The travel agent finally told me to contact the bank for refund as there bank is ceased they have no money to give.

I would strongly caution anyone considering using this agency. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope others are spared from similar treatment

I am writing on behalf of my mother to warn others about her terrible experience with UK Travelroute (Company Number 14934196). She booked a family trip through this agency so she could visit her father, who is seriously ill. She spent a significant amount of money to arrange this trip, hoping to bring the family together during such an important time.

After she paid, she never received the confirmed tickets or the booking details that were promised. When she tried to contact the agency to get clarification, she was completely ignored. Her calls, emails, and messages all went unanswered.

She has repeatedly asked for help and requested a refund, but she still has not received any response at all. This has caused her and our family not only significant financial loss but also a great deal of emotional stress during an already difficult situation.

It is unacceptable for any business to take advantage of people, especially when they are trying to see a sick loved one. I am sharing my mother’s experience so others don’t fall into the same trap. If you are thinking about using UK Travelroute, please be extremely careful.

She has reported this situation to consumer protection authorities and strongly encourages anyone else affected to do the same. We hope this review helps prevent other families from going through the same heartbreak and frustration.

I highly recommend UKTravelroute. They are very well experience with your travel needs especially David Jacobs. He was very helpful assisting us. Ticket price are more lower than the others. Our flight are beyond our expectation too. Overall it was a great experience
