Took months to get my deposit back

I really wish I'd googled this company before I used them - it's linked to a couple of scam stories involving a gentleman named Hammond Kumar, previous owner of A1 National Car and Van Rental.

The minibus was hired without any big problems - a few missing confirmation emails which I had to chase but nothing that would constitute a really bad review. I would consider myself lucky as I read other reviews where the minibus didnt even turn up!

However, when it came to getting my £400 deposit back, it took 3 and a half months to finally get it back. I eventually had to claim it back via my credit card company. I wouldn't use this company again I'm afraid.
