After I called to cancel my order (which was great customer service) a few days ago I still haven’t received a refund especially since I cancelled the product before I received it

Hi Sofia. Following your phone call, you emailed us on Thursday evening asking to cancel your order, and a member of our team replied to you on Friday morning, asking if there's a problem that we might be able to help with.
We didn't get a reply from you, but you've emailed us again over the weekend (while our offices are closed) from a different email address, so we don't know if there's an email gone missing somewhere, but we're just trying to help you out!

Ordered 4 vapes within past 4 weeks for myself and family members. Rang uk vapes for help on which vape to buy to help quit smoking. Friendly staff, was on the phone for ages helping me out. Would deffo recommend.

Be careful with your points and also check ur deliveries too. Says u can save up points but further down in the fine print, says if u don't order from them within 3 months, then u loose them . Also have had many items missing in my orders, or incorrect flavour/quantity and when reached out, they just laugh it off and say they will give u the correct item next time but u never get it.
U live and learn, and there are definitely better companies out there with better deals and customer service.
Will never use again.

We always make sure to be transparent in everything that we do, and we don't hide things away in fine print. The expiration time of the loyalty points is under a large heading titled "will my points expire" on the loyalty points information page on our website.
We've had a look back through your account and can see that there was an issue with your last order (November 2024) in which 2 bottles of liquid had been missed, but can't see that there have ever been any other problems.
We're sorry if us making light of the situation came across as "laughing it off", but we did apologise and offered to send them out with your next order. We didn't get a reply from you but we noted your account anyway with the liquids owed. You haven't placed an order since then (over a year ago) so the note is still there on your account.
You've asked us to close your account with us, which we have now done. We'll contact you to arrange a refund for the 2 missing liquids, and we wish you all the best for the future.

I can't fault their products but they need to get rid of Evri. I paid for next day tracked for Delivery on Monday/Tuesday but its now Friday and still nothing has turned up so waste of time I will have to find another shop as I'm out of filters. Updated I still haven't received my order and it has now been made apparent that this lies with Evri. Thankyou to uk vape scene CS team as its not their fault, however they have decided to close my account for voicing my thoughts on Evri.

We know how frustrating it can be when deliveries are delayed, especially during this time of year (Black Friday week) when all couriers across the UK and beyond are swamped with a big increase in the number of parcels they're handling.
As per the emails between you and our customer services team, we're doing everything we can to make sure your parcel gets to you.
Just to recap, your order was placed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday/Wednesday, by Evri as per your chosen option. It's now Friday and you still haven't received your parcel. We've been liasing with Evri on your behalf since Wednesday and they've assured us that the parcel will be delivered as soon as they can, but they're exceptionally busy in your area due to it being Black Friday week. We also reimbursed you yesterday for the postage paid as a goodwill gesture.
Again, please be assured that we'll make sure you get the products you ordered, but in this case factors beyond our control have caused an unfortunate delay.
