Bought a vehicle check from this company and 5 days later still no report and not answering emails, needed the report for next day absolutely useless,I had to go to HPI and got it immediately,pity I can’t give less than 1,PayPal involved now not sure if I will ever see my money back,lesson learned though.

I found ukvehicle.com as I was searching for car inspection services online and their ad claiming 'Same day vehicle inspection' caught my eyes.
I paid for the service on a Sunday evening hoping the inspection to take place on Monday and expecting the result to come through on Tuesday but in reality the inspection took place on Wednesday more than 2 days after I requested the service and by Friday I still haven't received the report.
The customer service agents seem clueless and can't tell you when inspection happens and when reports are expected to be done. I had to contact the seller and find out about timing of the inspection instead.
At one point ukvehicle told me they were unable to contact the seller and that's why the inspection was delayed but that is a lie because I was able to contact the seller several times throughout the day without any problem.
I understand there is no guarantee when it comes to how long inspection services take and I never believed their 'same day inspection' ad but waiting for 5 days is unacceptable and I now risk losing the car because of the poor service.
There were a few positives which I have to mention
The process of booking the inspection was surprisingly efficient and took about 2 minutes including payment and I never had to wait in a queue when calling their call centre.
