Excellent service from start to finish. Scanned within days, 1st treatment a week later. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who put you completely at ease. The treatments are quick and virtually painless and the results start instantly but do take a while to be 100% effective.
Had my 2nd and I think final procedure two days ago which has completely cleared up my remaining veins. I am hopeful that within a couple of months once the closed veins settle down that I will be totally free from them.
If you're thinking of having treatment and, like me, are fed up waiting for the NHS then I wouldn't hesitate. I personally think it's worth it.

The service I received was fine but I'm afraid the results of the procedure were disappointing. Almost one year on and my legs don't look any better...

Professional friendly

I have been attending the UK Vein clinic since last year to treat my varicose veins with foam scleratherapy initially. Followed by regular scleratherapy sessions to tackle the thread veins that had formed all around them. My experience at this clinic has been wonderful. The procedure is surprisingly bearable, it does not hurt as much as I had imagined it would. I have actually returned to work on the same day after some of my morning appointments and found the whole thing extremely convenient in that regard. I have been very pleased with my results so far and I am so thankful to have found a solution to tackle their rather unattractive appearance. I have been covering up my legs for the majority of my life due to my veins (unfortunately an hereditary condition) and it has really affected my self esteem. Having had such a good result from the treatments I am more confident about their appearance especially on holiday. Its so nice to not feel embarrassed about the way they look any more. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone considering a treatment themselves. The care and attention I have been offered has been very good indeed. My only regret has been that I wish I had done this years ago. I could have enjoyed my holidays more without an awful feeling of embarrassment when wearing a bathing suit.

One doctor didn’t wear gloves when he did my injections which felt unsafe, other doctors at further appointments wore gloves.
Remote communication and scheduling of appointments was awfully slow and extremely frustrating - even though I was told I would be contacted to book next (already paid) appointments, I always had to email, often having to chase several times to get a reply.
The treatment for my spider veins hasn’t done much for me (3 sessions done). The injections can be painful and looking back, I probably could’ve saved the money. Now I need to decide whether to keep going, paying more and more whilst being unsure if the treatment will ever work as effectively as hoped.

I recently visited UK Vein Clinic at Harley Street after experiencing pain in my leg and noticing some large veins that were causing me concern. From my very first the team gave me confidence and reassurance, which immediately put me at ease.
I was able to book a consultation quickly, and after seeing the consultant, I was scheduled for surgery within a week. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything was handled and how professional and caring the staff were throughout the process.
The surgery went really well, and I felt supported every step of the way. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend UK Vein Clinic to anyone experiencing similar issues. Thank you to the whole team!

Informative, understanding and efficient

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Medical staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, everything was clearly explained and I was well looked after both at my initial consultation and during my procedure. Aftercare has also been excellent so far.

The advice and care provided before, during and after the procedure left me feeling confident that all would be well following the procedure. After two days (as instructed) I have removed the bandages to see improvements at a very early stage, for which I am very grateful.

The process was all quick and straightforward. The people I saw were very professional, .they were very kind was great All and All a bit more expensive than what I thought it was gonna be , great results.

Good. This time I was bandaged up. That was the first time they had done this.

The appointment was on time, the staff were amazing, humorous, chatty and put you at ease. The doctor explained everything as he went along and took great care to keep me relaxed.

The treatment in total was about 20 minutes and when the doctor said it was all done I could not believe it. I have had no pain or discomfort with it since having it done and am now 4 days in since the surgery.
