The clinic staff made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. The procedure was explained to me in detail by Mr Patel. The procedure was quick with only minor discomfort.
After the surgery I walked the 15 minutes to the train station without any discomfort.

Poole vein centre Brilliant
I had my appointment at the poole vein centre in May. I would highly recommend the poole vein centre for any vein procedures.
The practitioner who did my procedure, Muhammed Hadi was very caring, knowledgeable, and professional and made sure I was kept informed of what he was going to do and actually did. His nursing assistant Jenny was absolutely fantastic. They both made me feel very relaxed about the procedures.
Fiona the receptionist was very helpful and lovely and made me feel very welcome. I cannot praise the whole team and procedures and the results enough.

Exceptional service from start to finish
It was great, the staff were very supportive and reassuring. They took time to explain the procedure and made sure I understand beforehand. A fabulous overall experience
I had a very large and lumpy vein treated yesterday at the Vein Clinic in Reading, it was an extremely good experience, my vascular surgeon and the 2 nurses who looked after me, couldn’t have done a better job. The procedure was not painful merely uncomfortable and this I feel, was helped by the information I was given throughout the procedure, (which only took 25 minutes) so that I was relaxed and prepared for anything that was going to be done. I have received good after care information and am so happy that my ugly vein is now gone
