From the initial scan with the following consultation and subsequent telephone call, everything was clearly explained with courtesy and professionalism. I had a varied choice of time and dates for the subsequent treatment and the finance option was very helpful and simple to arrange. My visit to the Harley street clinic was pleasurable and the medical team were amazing. I felt completely safe in their hands and my vascular surgeon was quick and efficient completing my procedures with limited discomfort and much reassurance. My treatment was only two days ago therefore the end results will take time to see but I’m confident that I have received excellent treatment. Having had RFA and foam injections I’ve experienced 2 different procedures and would like to reassure anyone, that’s considering treatment, that there’s no need to be afraid.
I attended the London clinic using train services and short walks and I was completely able to make the return journey with no discomfort or difficulty.
A big thanks to you all that we’re involved !!

Very friendly and professional staff, procedure went well, only one time did it start to get painful but didn’t arrive at any significant level and quickly went away. Rest was pain free.
After 4 days no side effect, no bruising, no pain no inflammation or visible lumps.
Only one bit of advice is when recommended creams to use for bruising and inflammation don’t buy them before hand as I did because so far I have no need of them and will probably have to find someone to give them to.
Would recommend.

Had the procedure to close my leaky veins yesterday (13th November 2025) in and out within an hour! The procedure itself was a little uncomfortable but all this was explained, in truth it's no worse than having a tooth out at the dentist. Information at every stage has been clear and informative, post care tips and advice equally so. the location was initially a little difficult to find. Don't bother trying to park, its a nightmare in Manchester (my own experience). The staff are amazing, The Dr and nurse who oversaw my procedure were both amazing.. made me feel relaxed and comfortable. changing rooms would be a good addition to the location and a nice touch, but not a deal breaker. too early to judge the results but to date no complaints. The price... its good value for money, what price do you put on feeling confident to wear shorts or enjoy a holiday where you don't have to wear long trousers each time you go out. There are lots of clinics available, I'm sure they are similar, but if you live in and around MCR then I would recommend talking though your needs with this company,

Very welcoming and friendly atmosphere since the moment you walk in. You feel that you are being taken care of by true professionals. Everything is explained in detail and all questions are answered in a seamless and reassuring way. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone who struggles with vericose veins or related vein issues. I am very happy I decided to get the treatment.

My experience at the clinic was excellent. I was first seen by Fabrizio, who performed a scan and explained in detail what he was seeing. He then provided a clear overview of the findings. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
After that, I saw Hyder, who carried out another examination and explained the possible treatment options.
I’ve struggled with vein issues for years and have visited several places, but I’ve never received such a thorough explanation of the causes before. I was really impressed by how clearly everything was explained, how knowledgeable the team were, and how welcoming they made me feel.
I would strongly recommend this clinic.

So far my experience with the Vein Clinic has been very positive. It was easy to find and there was a car park close by. Everyone was friendly, professional, punctual and helpful. I had a review and my veins were scanned, and then I had a consultation at which treatment was discussed and explained. There was ample opportunity to ask questions. I then received my treatment plan via email, which also contained a helpful schematic of the veins that needed attention. I was able to book an appointment by phone for the treatment at a date that was suitable for me. Having had these particular veins treated 15 years ago (elsewhere), I have discovered that the costs are now much higher, but that is only to be expected. I'm looking forward to having two nice-looking legs again, instead of just one!

I've had one appointment - paid for it in advance. Got another appointment next month. Not much I can say until the treatment is completed.

For the price you pay and not even free coffee, even the NHS provide that, as soon as they examined my wife straight away advised it wasn’t a vein problem BUT didn’t say sorry we’ll refund you £300 and you can go, oh no they carried on done ultra sound FOR NO REASON, said thankyou and goodbye, I really wouldn’t use this clinic

The staff were very reassuring throughout the process. The doctor was clear and informative at every stage, and the nurses were friendly and cheerful throughout to help to distract me from the painful parts of the procedure. I fully understood about follow up when I left.

It’s now 2weeks since my 2nd & Final session of Foam Sclerotherapy to both legs . My 1st session I had RFA to one leg and Foam Sclerotherapy to both legs.
Bruising has nearly all gone but I still have some minor bumps which I hopefully will be able to report in 6months time have all cleared .
The whole service by UK Vein Clinic has been Very Good. The Surgeon , Doctors and Nurses carrying out my treatment have all been Excellent. ( Thankyou )
The only item I would like to see added to the package would be a post treatment review ( say 3-6months after surgery ) .This would allow any outstanding issues to be addressed and would give peace of mind during the healing period.
