It is a scam! They charge you fee ask to you to give them payment over the phone. It was an Asian accent man speaking outside- definetly not an office environment. When I asked for refund he refused and hang up. Then the phone got switched off.
They are frauds after filling my information in I realised I’m booking the wrong test so I booked the right test with another company and they called me i said I have already sorted it out one of the agent told me this is a problem I said how is this a problem? And they were like get lost :/
Likely a scam.
As soon as i submitted my details (before making
a payment) i got a call from their staff offering me to "help with making a payment" or take payment over the phone. This is very uncommon for an exam company, so a major red flag. They then gave me a promo code which is "valid for 15 minutes only". Another red flag. They then called me again to rush me with the payment.
All this time they claimed to be an official partner of LanguageCert (an authorised exam provider), so i called LanguageCert to check and they said they don't know this company and are not affiliated with it.
Glad i didn't pay them and took time to check!
The worst you can think of, I was scheduled and when I arrived I found that the place was closed. Customer service was not particularly helpful either.
