After signing up with a third party (Trilogy) who promised us a 5% saving if we ran with UK Water. We discovered in addition to the 5% saving, we were also paying a 30% management fee. This was not discussed or disclosed at any time. To say this left us financially in an extremely difficult position would been an understatement. We contacted UK Water and throughout dealt with a Senior Account Manager Matthew. We explained the dilemma we found ourselves in and Matthew promised to help us as much as he could. After some negotiating, Matthew reduced the management fee to 10% in addition to reducing the contract term. We can honestly say Matthew may have saved our company from going out of business. (Things were that tight) We wanted to repay Matthews professional and personable response to us throughout by way of offering a positive review. Trilogy (the third party) on the other hand should be ashamed of their actions. Be aware !!! Always ask for and read the terms and conditions before signing. If they are not available - do not sign.

When I had issues with the statement provided, I contacted the company and got through to Mathew who sorted all the issues quickly and efficiently. I had a rebate and they reduced my monthly budget plan.
