Please do not waste your time purchasing anything from this organisation and save yourself a load of hassle by choosing another more reputable wheelie bin provider. Despite having a very nice looking web site and offering good prices on bins, there is absolutely no substance behind the façade of UKWheelieBins.Co.UK! I purchased three bins and the money was debited immediately from my credit card, but no email confirmation came to me. Thankfully for some reason I had taken a photo of the "order page" so I knew I had made some sort of order, but when I called up three times and left polite answerphone messages on Mr Mark Green's mobile, I had no response. I gave plenty of time to allow for delivery of my items and even informed them during my last phone call that if I heard nothing in 24 hours I would make this a dispute with my credit card. No bins ever turned up here and no one ever contacted me. Made a claim to my credit card company for a refund which I have just got back today. Looking now for another bin company...but will definitely speak to a real person first before ordering anything!!!

The company is actual rubbish. Don’t waste your time or money. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

I am reporting to trading standards. Claims of good customer care are false. No products received. No updates. No responses to phone calls or emails.

Similar to others here. I only had contact after I messaged maxrecycle.com which is at the same address as where ukwheeliebins are to ask if they are affiliated. I did receive my bins, apparently hold up on one of the coloured bins, but I had already started a chargeback and the bank could not cancel (I told them I had received the goods.) Mark got in touch regarding payment and I told him to refute the chargeback using my email and the proof of delivery. the Bins are shipped by the manufacturers. Good price but awful comms. I'm not expecting my invoice to be sent to reclaim VAT which makes it more expensive than other sites, would not order again, or in fact anywhere without checking on trustpilot like i normally do - i was fooled by the professional website! It's a shame I think they could do very well if comms was improved.

Ordered wheelie bin on 27.5.22. Still haven't received it. No order acknowledgement, no delivery date and no contact with seller. 5 phone calls and 3 emails have all gone unanswered and still no wheelie bin. No way of contacting seller. I paid for this when I ordered.

Ordered a Wheelie Bin on May 20th which never arrived. I have tried emailing and calling with no response. Do not use.
