Paid for all services included with paper - attached 4 documents stating what to include and what was required - writer did not meet word count of 3000 words and gave me a paper with 2700 words instead ... but since I did not meet the requirement to notify them of this error within 14 days they are refusing to do a revision and when asked why the proofreader did not spot this I am being told that there is nothing they can do and I have to pay for a revision service. Keeping in mind I paid £203 for the essay. Absolute joke - stealing money from students in a pandemic!

They got the job done on time, and at a quick glance the essay looked alright. When reading it properly though, the text was very confusing and not very high quality. The essay title was very specific, but the essay they did did not go into the subject properly.
