How many phone calls does it take to get your bins moved from one location to another - 10 plus so far and still no luck. We even offered to move them ourselves We moved 3 months ago !! no one takes responsibility and the person who is meant to be dealing with the move is either on holiday or gone home for the day - at 3 o’clock - every time we call.
