The transfer is taking a long time.
They promise that the money arrives quickly, but it takes far too long. I contacted support, and they told me it was due to a new tool they had implemented. So, if you promise efficiency, don't lie by engaging in false advertising; you need to improve this so that new users like me aren't disappointed right from our very first transfer.
