Best Customer Service in the World
First of all, I ordered a beautiful dress 40% off on a Flash sale. I entered the code, but when I got my final tally, it was not on sale. I immediately emailed Ulla Popken, and they responded quickly. She said when I receive the dress, if I want to keep it, they will refund me which they did! The dress was gorgeous and made me look thin from the front and the back! I don't know how they make their clothes look so good on while wearing, but that's one of the many reasons I LOVE Ulla Popken! They have great clothes (huge variety) and super customer service!

When I first started using UP their…
When I first started using UP their styles were mostly classic with great fabrics. For me, unfortunately I am disappointed more often than pleased with the clothing I have purchased from UP. UP is inundated with dresses, in particular, geared towards tall to very tall women. There are fewer selections of dresses that are of 43” in length. Also, the types of fabrics being used in many. Of there dresses is viscose which is transparent to semi transparent. I, myself, prefer fabric that is not revealing. UP has seems to have forgotten not all their clients like trendy fads.

Poorly sized and ill-fitting jeans…
One pair of jeans had one size on its label and another size on its attached label. I think this same pair was incorrectly sized for either—way too small. The 2nd pair were too big and was not a good fit at all.

The cut and fit are great
The cut and fit are great, appropriate for size. My constant complaint is the "feel" of the fabric. Description of 100% cotton does not have the feel of 100% cotton. It doesn't "breathe". And it has the feel of rayon or some synthetic fabric.

Perfect sets for travel
I always look to see who's selling pant sets in matt jersey. It's my favorite material to travel in. It shapes to the body well and doesn't wrinkle. Even though I had to search for the match, I found two I could pair.
