I was recommended to use Universal Logistics & Removals for my office move by Workspace and I could not be more happy with that recommendation. Husein and his team of merry men were a joy to work with from start to finish. The quote was competitive, but the service I received was top billing. The Universal team took care of all the packaging and relocation and made it a very easy and pleasant experience for me. I highly recommend them for your office move.

We booked Universal logistics and removals for my house move from my first contact with Kamil to the move day, Kamil was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He guided us. Giving us pointers and tips to ensure the daybwent without any issues. The staff were very polite and efficient. Thank you guys for al your support.

Have used Husein and the team twice now. First for an office relocation. Secondly for home relocation. Which I think shows how much I trust them. Not only do they take care of everything as if it were their own (actually more care than I would take haha) but they are also just great people. You just don’t need to worry with them. Calm, confident, on time, get the job done and with a smile on their face. Universal for the win!

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Did everything perfectly and were a total delight to work with. Organisation and communication were spot on and they were super flexible and helpful when there were delays caused by banks and solicitors that meant we had to move over 2 days. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would Just like to give a shout out to Universal Logistics & Removals! I was let down earlier on in the week by someone who was recommended by multiple people.. I contacted Universal whereby they were able to slot me in last minute and completed a full 3 bedroom relocation & rubbish collection for me today. They were on time, very quick & worked really hard all day. They made a very stressful day originally really easy and just told me to sit back and relax whilst they worked! I will be using them in the future for sure and recommending them to all my friends and family. Based in Hanwell however they travel everywhere! - if you need removals give them a shout you won’t be disappointed!

This team are excellent. 3rd time we have used them. On time. Good communication . Courteous and respectful of family belongings as we moved them at a time of personal sadness and loss.

I thought house relocation is always stressful, but these guys busted the myth. Everything went smoothly from the very beginning till the end. Very polite and hardworking team, careful with our belongings and magicians in regards of loading our stuff in truck ( I was convinced they will not fit in! ).
Very fair price as well. We choose to pay by hour and I was pleased to see all the job took only 3h.

Well I am posting 5 star plus plus plus for this amazing removal company that went above and beyond for my not so straight forward and in fact complicated move from Hanwell which not only involved a house move but a large percentage of the garden as well.
I honestly couldn't have chosen a better or indeed nicer company or individuals to work with.
This is an amazing team that work together on time and on schedule to deliver your prized possessions to your new home.I feel so extreme lucky that the incredible team delivered not only the house contents without any damage but also all my precious plants and pots and garden furniture.Not one fragile plant or pot was damaged in any way.
It was an absolute pleasure to engage and work with Husein and his friendly and hardworking team over the two days of the move and can wholeheartedly and 100% recommend them.Feeling proud now of this local Hanwell company and would like to send my very best to each and every valuable member of Husein's team that worked completely tierlessly over the two days and also I enjoyed their energy and music as well.Many Many Thanks.

Husein visited to conduct a survey, gave me an upfront honest price, and his team did a great job clearing the property to make it ready for market.

I would highly recommend Universal Logistics. They are honest, friendly hard working and professional. They arrived on time and made an otherwise very stressful move run completely smoothly and within the timeframe needed. They managed to get a very large sofa down a difficult spiral staircase without causing any damage. They worked well together as a team and were very calm and well mannered. They also quoted a very reasonable price considering the move was early on a Saturday morning. Also they were animal friendly as my French bulldog was quite inquisitive as to what they were doing and would at times get in the way. If I ever had to move again I would only ever use this company and if they were busy on that day I would change the day I moved in order to use them. Many thanks for a hassle free move.

Husein and his team were very professional, helpful and flexible with my removals and demands. Packed up two offices and took all items to storage for me, as well as removing waste and other items I could not dispose of.

Hussain was polite, empathetic and calm from the first call. Whilst other company’s told us that two could manage if I requested three movers, he told me he would bring three and understood my rationale straight away. He accommodated us at short notice and was punctual on arrival. His team were friendly and made what felt like a daunting task seem like no trouble. They reassured us throughout the move. Most professional and responsive company I have dealt with, from receiving the quote to the move day itself. Arrived early in order to commence on time, the entire Universal team were friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Great service and communication provided by Hussain, which made the whole moving process easier. Moving day was completed fast and efficiently. Staff arrived with a large van which was able to fit everthing from my storage unit into it, with minimal hassle. Univalve logistics are a brilliant company, with staff who have plenty of experience.
