I have recently moved my home based office to a new location and i was dreading the experience of having to deal with the big telcos to reconnect my internet service.
i took a long shot and sent an email enquiry to this local business and Kristy replied within the hour. Kristy was able to arrange to have her team attend my new property and connect the internet within 48 hours.
I can not rate this company high enough.
They are an asset to our local area.

The service is great at Fettels internet speed is so much better also if anything is needed Kristy is straight on to it and it gets sorted ASAP

Great and consistent service and peace of mind that if I need any assistance it is there. Fantastic job with inital connect during covid and they came out to solve netflix issue I was having. The two times I have contacted it was an easy and efficient fix, more about me than Ultimate Broadband.

I work from home and need a reliable internet connection. Many of my team mates with either big telco companies or budget providers have countless issues while my connection is steady. The 2 times I had an issue were fixed promptly.

Have been using John Margaret Robert and Kristy for over 25 years for all our technical support in communications highly recommend their service. Friendly and easy to deal with up to date information always getting the job done.

The relay function you operate, no problems, appears to working with few hiccups.
My beef is the cost, Australians are pay roughly three times the value of the service, plus the payment system sucks, having to pay a fee in addition to the cost of the service is just wrong. Then you add on an extra .01cent?

Kristy & Robert are amazing I had internet problems last week and it was discovered that there was a broken wire between the road and the home. Bruce their Technician was sent out problem fixed within two hours. I find this company amazing and recommend them at every opportunity. I have been with them now for 5 years and don’t intend to change.

We’ve been using these guys for a while in our two businesses and definitely recommend. They got us up and running within a couple of days, both in locations the big Telcos weren’t able to get us immediate access. We very rarely have any issues with our connection, and great speeds.
