They never refund!!!
I still have not returned my item back because it's not possible. The last message which I got from them after 1000 days , was about refund, they won't refund as a monay they will give you Vaucher instead of Money.

Very poor costumer service.
I ordered several items and never got any refund, they promised me a voucher which I have never received either. Contact with costumer service is quick but they don't properly read your message and will don't make any effort to find a solution. I was told to return the items without tracking and now they claim the package has never arrived and I will not receive the voucher. Can absolutely not recommend this company!

Bad quality and very long delivery
First time having to post a negative review after an online purchase.
I had to contact 2 times the customer service because after a month, I still haven't received my order (products have to travel from China).
The quality is really bad and the size doesn't correspond. I always wear a size S and the sport bras were way too small (felt like XS).
I can't even get a refund because I bought the bras during sales...
There are way better other sport brands so pass on...
