While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Con merchants! Bought a gaming stick that claims to have 20000+ titles! It didn't! infact less than half. Pads were a cheap knock off PS5 clone the whole thing was just a cheap, nasty piece of plastic. When i complained they blocked me on their facebook website. Wouldn't answer emails. Their number on the facebook page is linked to claimtoflames.co.uk which is fireplace company. Alledgedly their business address is Ultimate Gaming, Venaspace, The Apex, Brest Road, Plymouth, DEVON, PL6 5FL. Yes the building exsists but, i googled the building and it doesn't state this company trades from this place as the item came directly from China! AVOID!! Esculated to Paypal, item returned recorded, signed for and insured. Paypal are aware of the whole thing.
Con merchant! Stick kept switching itself off and games aren’t as listed. Contacted seller who said to send it back for a refund with the order number which I did. Didn’t receive any further contact. Sent parcel signed for and let’s just say the name that signed for it did not appear to be genuine. Raised a claim with PayPal so will hopefully get a refund but do not go near this company! Would give zero stars if available. It makes me so angry that there are people out there like this that are happy to rip people off.
STOP! Try to call the number advertised on their website before buying anything!
Advertises 24/7 customer support but been trying to reach them since the 28th Dec and no reply to emails, contact form on website, via their social on Facebook and their contact number is not connected!
It's a simple fix too as there is a part missing for the £40 HDMI gaming console. Paid via card so raising with bank not as no response.
Beware people!
Phone number on website not working. American accent saying there is a fault. Does this place even exist?
Buyer beware - don't buy from this company. They sell defective items and refuse to replace them, even though they are expected to by Trading Standards. I paid £46 for an item that only worked for a month, when you would expect purchases to at least last a year or more. Now I'm having to raise a dispute with Paypal to try to recover my losses as I have an item that doesn't work and an upset 7 year old who doesn't have the birthday present he wanted.
