Wow so many bad reviews I was hoping to purchase the wahl foils great price I’m not to sure now DAM . Back to sallys or capital to spend the for extra for peace of mind, I think.

Goods were competitively priced. I placed and paid for my order. I then wanted to add an item. I emailed to ask if this was possible. I received a prompt & positive response and an invoice for the additional item. Once this was paid the order was confirmed. Goods arrived today as promised (17.07.2025) and well packaged . I will be happy to purchase from them again.

Exceptional customer service from all the staff, especially Graham. I’ve been ordering from him for two years, and he has consistently been helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about every product I’ve purchased. Any questions or issues I’ve had were resolved promptly, and Graham has always gone above and beyond to assist me with kindness and professionalism.

I want to leave this review here because I almost didn't order from this company due to the bad reviews left here. But I took a chance and couldn't be more pleased. I've got my delivery quick, everything is in, the price was really good and they have options to pay in, like klarna and such. I don't understand the bad reviews, perhaps they were written from the past, but I had a very pleasant experience so I would buy again confidently.

I had ordered several items from Ultimate hair & Beauty due to very competitive pricing. I had an issue with a pair of clippers , returned them under warranty , was sent back clippers saying there was nothing wrong with them several times. Clearly the clippers weren't checked correctly eventually they agreed to replace with a brand new pair , when they turned up they were secondhand with hair on them. After a phone call they offered a refund. 2 days later they said I had returned the wrong power lead. I had not owned a pair of these clippers before and this was impossible. They are now deducting the cost of a power lead and even though I have remonstrated with them they have effectively called me a liar. Their aftersales return service is inept and they are unwilling to accept responsibility for their staffs failings. I will now have to pursue them for my insufficient refund. If you want trouble free after sales go elsewhere

I had been searching for the sibel rollercoaster trolley and happened upon Ultimate HB who offered the item at the best price.
However, because it was a company I’d not used before I did some research before ordering and found some less than glowing reports which almost deterred me from buying.
How wrong I would have been not to have given them a fair chance.
Ordered the item over the bank holiday weekend and by the Wednesday morning my lovely new hairdressing trolley was delivered.
Communication was clear, despatch and delivery time second to none.

Really bad experience, do not use this company. Misleading description on website, then sent different product to what was shown, then told it was my fault. I could have refund if I packed as received-impossible- and had to pay to return. Make your life easier, just buy elsewhere!
