Recently, I had to change my email address associated with my account. In order to this, I had to contact their support. Normally something I despise, but they proved to make it a complete non-issue.

Their support completed in less than six hours, responding almost immediately to my every query, and were very friendly.

Their prices are also very competitive, and the ability to pay in way that best suits you is something I wish more companies would go for. The only thing I wish they offered is a pay-as-you-go plan.

It's cheap for what it offers, and really delivers in every place you'd want it to.

I will NEVER use another provider for the niche they're covering. Ever.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

the landing page looks nice but if you try to actually use the service you'll be subjected to harassment, privacy violations, and fear that they will log into your slot at any moment. Don't listen to their AI bots who flood subreddits. They oversell servers and track everything you do.

The support is amazing. They are so fast that at times I was thinking I was speaking to chat (but it was email). Great, thank you!

Upgraded my storage space and the data migration was handled very quickly, service support was excellent.

I've been with Ultra for about 11 years, and it's been an excellent experience at all times. If ever there are issues, they are VERY quick to respond to my tickets and solve the issue.

Because of Paypal I was double-charged for my service. (I forgot to remove my subscription through them.) I contacted Ultra, let them know they gave me instructions first to remove the auto subscribe from paypal then option on getting a refund/credit, I decided to take the credit to my account in order to have it there for next year.

Support was quick to answer and when I say quick less then 10 minutes each time I wrote to them. Been with them since 2018, and have only had to contact them one other time for a different issue. And that was also handled quickly. And just like last time, they were friendly and addressed my issues promptly and to my satisfaction.

I requested a migration and Ultra's support helped me with everything, they even adjusted all the underlaying application URL references. I basically didn't have to do anything anymore after the migration was done.

Communication during the review was solid and expectations were set correctly.

Have been with UltraCC for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. The service itself is great, and as my first seed-box was great with documentation to get me going.
