Hi, i was playing on Ultracasino for more than 6 months (KYC verified) and deposited around 10.000 euros througn this period, i had few smaller withdrawals around 200-500 euros and everything was fine, problem occured when i won around 2500 (Two thousand five hundred) euros. I made instant withdrawal and waited. The next day they sent me an email claiming that there is a problem with my credit card and they canceled my withdrawal saying that i should try and make a new one. Even tho i made few withdrawals on the same credit card in the past. So i made a new withdrawal request. 3 days later they canceled my withdrawal again and conficated my 2503 euros claiming i had an active bonus (wich is not true) and that i was overbetting. On top of that they said i was using VPN to hide my IP adress wich is completely false. I do not use such applications and in adittion to that i made few withdrawals in the past and it was fine. Also i am KYC verified. I tried for a month speaking to them ensuring them i am not using VPN and that i wasnt breaking their rules because i know how strict they are. They offered me 300 euros of bonus money as a sign of a "Good will" and rejected everything i said. After few days my account manager stopped responding me even tho i was not rude or anything like that.

Worst casino ever ive played on.won some money went to withdraw left pending for a few weeks. And they canceled my withdrawal saying I was using proxys changing my ip address which is complete lies and had the proof to back it up. Do not play here unless u wish to loose alot of money and be scammed out of your withdrawals. Malta gaming authority has been made aware

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Took money from me twice and wouldnt pay me back for their mistake. It is impossible to withdraw your money back. Dont put your money here because you will get SCAMMED.

Very very bad with withdrawals,will never play on this site again,keep feeding the same bullsh#t stories about payment and money being send back and forth from bank to gaming account,there are far more better sites then this sh#tty one,had to wait 3 weeks to get my money back

Never again. Won a little, wanted to cash out. With other casinos you just click on 'cash out' or something and the money goes to the same account from where the money to play with came from. With this casino you have to find the Bic or Swift, put in your Iban, the address of the bank (!!!!!!!) and to top it all of some incomprehensible information about your bank. I couldn't be bothered anymore and just played the money away. Always had this feeling something wasn't right. If people play these tricks it says something about their overall attitude towards what's right and wrong. Never again.

I did a deposit to the casino and I manage to win around 1000 USD. After that I requested a cashout and a few weeks long saga started.
First I tried to cashout via Neteller... after a few days they put the money back to my account and they said they had some technical issue. I requested a cashout again... after a few days they said the same thing that they have some technical issue with neteller even though neteller was working fine. Then I requested a bank transfer cashout and even though my account was fully verified they rejected my cashout and requested extra documents. I sent those in.... and requested again a bank transfer... surprisingly due to technical issues the bank transfer failed too. After that i was arguing with live chat asking them to share with me what is failing exaclty as I am good in IT and I might be able to help... but they were not able to tell me more other than its a technical issue which is ridiculous... and they asked me to request a cashout again becasue it should work for the 6th time... I did a Neteller cashout which was rejected as expected. I talked with live chat again and I was telling them that i seek help now from that affiliate I registered through and i also involve askgamblers for help... on the same day i requeste a bank transfer again... which was my 7th cashout attempts... and a few days later i got my money. I am not sure the affiliate helped me or they just had enough of me but I got the money in the end. After the money was in my bank i closed my account with this scam site.

They promise fast cashout but its takes 3 days. Also they take 3 euro fees every withdrawal. So avoid.
