Buying a license does not give you the right to updated versions.

Even worse is that when they do update, you'll get spammed to upgrade to the new version, but in order to do so, you need to pay.

Terrible experience. Do not buy.

Ultradefrag is a good product but support is lacking. I have asked them multiple times on how to delete the Upgrade to Version 14 message that pops up when I start Windows and they won't respond. I'm considering uninstalling it and using another product.

Have paid for multiple versions over the years but this one was my last since I suspect the company is going out of business. All I get is automated emails saying:
"Dear customer,

Thank you for contacting us! We will review your request and respond to you within 3 business days."
Not true!

I'm stuck with installation of version 10 of UltraDefrag.
There is not accessibility in your installation for visually impaired person.
I'm furious about this version 10.
No problem with version 8 for me but with version 10 there are a lot of problems.
With accessibility, with Microsoft Defender.

You guys are 2 paranoid about pirating; it would be nice to get an install copy so when I format my SSD (as I occasionally do); I won't have to beg borrow or steal?

Over the past few years, I tested a variety of defrag software, some of which are among the big names in the industry. There is an analysis tool available in Ultimate Defrag which gives a numerical value of the degree to which a defrag job has optimized a hard drive. So far, and among a whole variety of software I gave a try, Ultra Defrag achieved the highest score after a full boot-time optimization (with file arrangement based on time of access in ascending order while keeping the other default settings), which was easily noticeable in the speed of file and application opening as well. The same excellent performance can be maintained by periodic quick optimizations after a full boot-time job, which can be scheduled as an automatic defrag.

I have used UltraDefrag for years. It has only improved with age.

UltraDefrag does everything I want it to do - and more.

It is fast, reliable and stable I can only reecommend it.

Absolutely no customer support. Even Fastspring screwed up by sending me a blank URL for the download. None of my many emails to you, Fastspring, and Dimtri were responded too. In my research I discovered that this same scenario happened in 2020 when I first bought the product. It took until three months until November to get the product. I do not plan to upgrade in the future due to these two scenario that left me very angry.

It is going well. The problem is, on the MSFT issue, it should be improved to make it smaller and more usable. In all functions today, they are very good and functional.

Since it was open source has been the best defragmenter.
It's also usable as a portable software.
Now it's a commercial software, but nothing has changed.

UltraDefrag 10 works well on Windows 11 22H2 beta, also with Hyper-V Virtual Machines. I use SSD. Virtual Machines (Windows 10, Ubuntu) work more faster after the defragment of vhdx. I strongly recommend this useful software. Thank you so much for your products!
