Amazing support and products!
Thank you Mariusz! The mouse pad got a bit damaged during the delivery. I sent an E-Mail with some pictures and within one day Mariusz from Ultradesk replied that he sent a new one and 3 days later it was here. The products are good quality overall and I love my 2 ultradesks!

Amazing support.
I bought Ultradesk Throne gaming seat, after 6 months my left plastic cover cracked somehow (maybe it was overtightened). I sent email to support team about this problem. They reacted immediately and said that they will send to me this item for replacement. After few days I've received the parcel and was shocked. They sent to me 2 (two!) full sets of all plastic covers. Thank you so much.
The Throne is amazing as well :)
