I love my Ultradries. After months of trying pads, which always ended in disaster, I tried Ultradries. They are comfortable, undetectable under clothes, and very effective, even when a big accident occurs. I highly recommend Ultradries. They come with a bag for washing in the machine and come out like new.

I see that others have experienced long wait times, as I am. I requested a refund but was told that can't be done due to order being in transit. Ordered Dec 24 2025, still waiting on Feb 8.

I need to let someone know that Laurie told me to just donate the panties that are to big for me, and she would do a one time courtesy exchange for a size that would fit me better. I have two sets of panties, They came all crammed into one bag, three pair of black, three pair of vanilla colors. I cant remember if you had a package for 3 black and 3 vanilla colors. I appreciate your help in exchanging for 2XL.in those colors.

My order got delayed and I was panicking. Emma kept me updated every step. Arrived last week and I love them.

due to high demans there was significant delivery delay yet the items were worth waiting for. comfortable and absorbant for the little leaks.

It took a while for my order to arrive but customer support kept me informed personally. Then they did not fit. When I contacted customer support, they were extremely helpful, very kind, and quick to respond. I have never had a business do this well.

Booster Pads are nothing like advertised on the website and ordering page. I foolishly fell for the supposed savings buying a 9-piece package including 2 reusable booster pads, and a SPECIAL BONUS offer of 10 booster pads for $90 CAD. The pads are NOTHING like the images on the website and the order confirmation. They are about 3 times the length of a disposable "long" size pad and have no wings, nor any way to affix the pad to the underwear. They are basically unusable due to their size and design. The vendor would not issue a refund unless I return them to China, which was going to cost around the same as the products cost in the first place. I was also disappointed with the underwear - my 85 yr old mother does not have the strength in her hands to wring out the underpants and they do not dry quickly as advertised. Extremely disappointed that I fell for the slick marketing for these products.

These were purchased for my mother, and they did not fit correctly and were very uncomfortable.
I asked for a return via the requested email, and was asked several questions about why I was returning. Then I was told that for a refund, we had to pay shipping to china. First, there was no return address on the website, and second, the cost could be up to $30.
OR, I can accept 20% back for my troubles.
This is a HUGE loophole that consumers might not understand.
The buyer either pays more than half of the purchase price to return the panties, or accept the 20%. Either way, the company profits. Best suggestion is to shop elsewhere for better return policy

After 4 weeks I was getting worried but they arrived today and wow. So comfortable. The wait makes sense now - this is quality.

Used the size chart and they fit exactly right first time. Arrived in about 3 weeks. Very pleased.

New customer. First delivery worked well. Package safely delivered in my absence and as agreed. Looking forward to another order being delivered shortly,

I was expecting something clinical looking but these are actually nice! Soft pretty and they work. About 2 and a half weeks delivery.

I've spent hundreds on pads over the years. These will pay for themselves in months. Waited 3 weeks but it's a small price.

I placed an order late September 2025, I kept being told either the order had been shipped or that they had production problems. The staff is very good at replying to emails and sound very convincing. But no order arrived. Finally I told them to cancel my order. Another email apologizing for the bad service and more promises. I requested a refund back to my credit card November 10, 25. More promises that it had been refunded. January 7, 26 I emailed again regarding the refund to my credit card. Another email promising that they would find out where the refund was. It is now January 29, 26 and no refund and no email to say where my refund is. I feel that these people are very talented in writing but very poor business people. I will never know what the product is like. I would suggest that this company should be avoided like the plague.

Had to change my delivery address and Laura sorted it same day. So helpful. Underwear arrived a week later and they're gorgeous.
