I ordered a package worth €245 to Croatia. The package was sent quickly and arrived quite quickly, in just a few days. When I ordered, I read the reviews on this site so I was scared, but everything went great. Shiping is quite expensive (€20), but the delivery is really fast. Everything was nicely arranged in the package and everything arrived quickly. I have no complaints about UltrasFactory, my only complaint is about UPS (the delivery company that delivered it to me) because their shipment is expensive. Their package tracking is quite bad and they are a bit unprofessional.

Order 150 euro first order came very long wait for delivery . Second order never come they say they refund me but never will . THIS IS SCAM

Ordered 3 weeks ago, in advance enough to get pyro in time for UCL final, Still nothing received as of today. No reply by email, not sure if they understand English. Never order there if you are not in Poland.

I ordered on May 12th and received my package on the 28th, so it took a while, but overall great experince, I honestly dont understand the negative comments and reviews, because its all legit and it might just take longer than you expect, but everything came in perfect condition. HONESTLY 10/10 experience and if you have problems, write them an E-mail or a DM on instagram and they'll reply shortly. Definitely I'll order again and don't hesitate to do so and also don't believe the negative reviews, it's not true. Thank you so much Ultrasfactory!

I got all my goods, shipping sent after one week, but with 5 days came to Croatia. After testing flare burns only 35 seconds, not 60 as its write. Not good at all.

I am afraid to bye sth bc I've seen some reviews saying the items were never delivered,I am from Greece and idk what to do should I buy and risk it and then I'll tell. The truth about this store?

I've placed an order in December 2024 and until today never received anything. This website is pure scam. The support email never reply my emails.

I placed an order from Greece and apart from the fact that it arrived in a very few days, its products are also of very good quality.

Make a order in the 1 of january. Today is 23 and nothing received. Dpd tracking number do not exist and no answer from the email ou whatssap. Just a scam.

Ordered from ultrasfactrory.net on December 22nd, I never received it, always at the "processing" stage on the website and I think I will never receive it. After 3 unanswered emails, and numerous WhatsApp messages left on unread I have poor hope. Save some time and energy, this is pure scam

The best pyro shop ever! i will buy some more, its cheap and good quality i recommend to buy pyrotechincs from this site its just good and those who say that they (scam) they are saying craps don't believe them! best pyroshop ever! and one minus the shipping is pretty expensive...
