They still haven't sent the item and ignored my refund request for non-delivery. They also have an open lawsuit against them for fraud. I'm going to keep posting this so that many people know how unscrupulous they are and that their scams are going to cost them dearly. They don't respond because they know perfectly well what kind of scammers they are; that's how they make a living.

They sent a screen saver that was over a centimetre to short for my phone screen.

I tried to contact them to see if they had sent the incorrect one in error and try to arrange an exchange. After six working days I had not had any response. Then I raised a return using the option on their website. Another week has passed and still not response

I bought both the top and bottom clear skinz for my new MacBook. The gel left streaks underneath and after lifting and reapplying to try and get the air bubbles out, it stretched. It's not as easy as you think to do yourself. I sent over multiple emails to customer care including images of how it stretched and the streaks, the only response I received from Christian was its air bubbles - which I clearly stated IS NOT. I sent 3 more emails, none were responded to. For the price I paid, it's definitely not worth it.

Poor customer service, I returned this back to them on 25/03 and as of 11/04 still not received a refund or any message back! Disgusting service!

Terrible customer service.

I placed my order more than a month ago and I still have not received it. I have asked them for help with Royal Mail a couple of times and they do not even answer.

18 days waiting for delivery from abroad UK to Poland is f bullocks.No answers to any mails especially when I decide cancel order.After 18 days I get f sticker not professional skin case.On Temu it cost 2 pound not 20 and the shipment arrives up to 7 days.Never again this fraud.

Big shoutout to Christian @ ULTRA Skins for your superb customer service! He went above and beyond my expectations, and I am very grateful for that. On a separate note, I have had the skin fitted to my MacBook since June 2023, it’s still as perfect as the day I fitted it. Worth every penny!

Ultra Skins is worth every penny,highly recommend!!!! I’m always using similar screen protectors and body wraps on my phones,but around every 3-4 months started peeling off,or the screen protector started fading.Ultra Skins is totally different, easy to install. I’ve got the full body wrap for my iPad,MacBook Pro and iMac too.

The WOOD Series Skin for the S25 Edge was delivered two weeks after I placed the order. Unfortunately, there was no installation video or guidance available for this specific skin, so I had to apply it on my own. The skin only began to adhere after applying very strong heat with a hair dryer. Even then, the edges still do not hold perfectly, mainly because the material is extremely thick.

I have used thinner skins from other companies before, and those were much easier to apply. Because this skin is so thick and does not stick to the phone until it is heavily heated, the installation process becomes much more difficult. The skin kept slipping during application, making it impossible to align it perfectly. My previous two phones were wrapped with skins from another brand, and the thinner material worked far better overall.

And my request to refund was completely ignored

After 20 days I am still waiting for the product, confusing communication about the delivery status and very bad assistance, better to say no assistance, from the customer service.
Absolutely to avoid buying from this site.

Excellent! Had a defect on a screen protector, after getting in touch they apologised and sent out a replacement straight away. Would 100% use again

Placed order on 9th December and didn’t receive anything. Iv sent several emails asking for a refund or replacement and to update on what’s happening and I just got one reply, it was delivered on 17th December. I’m upset as I choose to use support small family business but I definitely made the wrong choice!

Delivery was quick, the materials had high quality, they replied fast when I had an issue for a second purchase.

I ordered a pair of screen protectors for my nothing phone 3a and it was miles past the due date, I emailed the from their website and directly to their email and I received nothing, I checked my order and it said completed yet I had no package, I ended up contacting my bank and I was refunded the next working day, overall a horrible experience DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

At a complete loss now with this company. Originally ordered a product on 5th September, now 3 months later I'm still awaiting it.
Initially they sent me someone else's product after 11 days, including the full details for that customer.
After 3 chasers I then get a response saying it will be delivered mid October. Nothing...
I then chase again after another month, no response.
Genuinely awful, but also feel stuck now as they simply don't respond so no way to resolve!
Avoid .....

I made a purchase with them and they charged me twice because apparently first payment failed. Then they sent me the wrong skin for my phone and i have now request a return but they never respond to online forms or my emails. They must provide return labels due to it being a error on their part and in their terms.
I don't like leaving reviews but on this occasion I feel I must warn others.
No customer service and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs.
