The app's performance on a five-year-old phone was the dealbreaker. Logged me out every few minutes, sometimes mid-spin, and the round wasn't always there when I got back. Reset my password twice thinking it was me. Eventually Sophie on the night shift admitted a 'known issue'. Nice to know before I lost a couple of rounds to it.

I signed up on payday Friday, deposited £40, and the bonus that was the whole reason I joined never activated. No tick-box I could see, no error, it just wasn't there. an agent named Kayla said I'd 'opted out somewhere', which I hadn't. By the time it might've been sorted the offer had ran out. Played without it, lost the lot, and honestly the bad start coloured the whole thing.
